Show students a letter from Doraemon and then talk about the topic of this lesson.

There are 193 members in the UN, the headquarters is in New York, the head of the UN is called the SecretaryGeneral ,and the Security Council has five permanent membersChina, France,Russia, the U.K. and the U.S. Since 1945,the UN has sent (army)to keep peace, it helps the situation ,but sometimes it’s not(success), it is not always easy to reach agreement and difficult to (satisfy)all the members.
However, the UN is still the (good) way for the world to prevent war.
