【摘要】Objective To explore the effect of Xingding injection on glomerular filtration during the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods A total of 92 patients with phaseⅢchronic renal failure who were treat-ed in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected. The patients were randomly assigned into the experimental group and the control group according to random-number tables, with 46 cases in each group. the serum creatinine (sCr), cystatin C (CysC), blood urea nitrogen (BUN),β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and other indexes of the two groups were measured before the treatment. The control group was treated with conventional lip-id-lowering, hypoglycemic, pressure control and other basic treatment, and the experimental group was given Xingding injection intravenous drip on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks, the SCr, serum CysC, BUN,β2-MG and other indexes of the two groups were measured and compared to determine the glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and the effect of the treatment. Results Before the treatment, there was no significant difference the SCr, serum CysC, BUN,β2-MG and other indexes between the two groups (P>0.05). After 4 weeks, the levels of SCr, serum CysC, BUN
and serumβ2-MG in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 82.61%, which was significantly higher than 71.74% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xingding injection can reduce
the level of serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic renal failure, improve the glomerular filtration function and the clinical symptoms with high safety, which is worthy of clinical application.%目的探究杏丁注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭患者治疗期间肾小球滤过功能的影响.方法选取2013年3月至2016年3月于聊城市第二人民医接受治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭Ⅲ期
患者92例,按随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,治疗前分别测定所
有患者的血清肌酐(SCr)、血清胱抑素C(CysC)、尿素氮(BUN)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)等指标.对照组患者给予常规调脂、降血糖、控压等基础治疗,观察组在对
照组治疗的基础上给予杏丁注射液静脉滴注,4周后测定并比较两组患者的SCr、血清CysC、BUN、β2-MG等指标以判断患者肾小球滤过率(eGFR)以及治疗效果.结果治疗前,两组患者的SCr、血清CysC、BUN、β2-MG等指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组患者的SCr水平、血清CysC水平、BUN水平以及血β2-MG水平明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者
的治疗总有效率为82.61%,明显高于对照组的71.74%,差异具有统计学意义
(P<0.05).结论杏丁注射液能降低慢性肾衰竭患者血清炎症因子水平,提高肾小球滤过功能,改善临床症状,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.
