【摘要】目的：研究肺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗的可行性及临床优势。

方法研究资料来自2014年2月～2016年2月我院肺癌患者67例，根据随机数字表法，分为组1和组2。

组1行开放手术治疗；组2行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗。

就两组患者淋巴结清扫数目、手术出血量、切口长、疼痛评分和复发率、并发症发生率进行比较。

结果组2复发率、并发症发生率低于组1，经χ2检验P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。

组2患者淋巴结清扫数目跟组1相似，经t检验P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。

组2患者手术出血量、切口长、疼痛评分均少于组1，经t检验P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。

结论肺癌患者行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗的可行性高，临床有明显优势，创伤小，复发率低。

%Objective To study the feasibility and clinical advantages of lung cancer patients undergoing radical surgery for lung cancer.Methods 67 cases of lung cancer patients in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were divided into group 1 and group 2 according to the random number table method. Group 1 underwent open surgery, group 2 underwent radical surgery for lung cancer. The two groups of patients with the number of lymph node dissection, surgical bleeding volume, length of incision, pain score and recurrence rate, incidence of complications were compared.Results The recurrence rate and incidence rate of complications in group 2 were lower
than that of group 1, and χ2 testP<0.05, had statisti cal significance. The number of lymph node dissection in group 2 was similar to that in group 1, and thet test was not statistically signiifcant P>0.05. The amount of bleeding, incision length, and pain score of patients in group 2 were less than that in group 1, andt testP<0.05 had statistical
signiifcance.Conclusion The treatment of lung cancer patients with lung cancer radical surgery is feasible and has obvious advantages, small wound, low recurrence rate.
