多式联运作为一种重要的运输方式,合理的多式联运服务组合方式可以有 效发挥各种运输方式的优势,达到合理利用物流资源的目的。同时,考虑碳排 放 量 因 素 ,可 以 在 一 定 程 度 上 提 高 环 境 保 护 的 意 识 ,降 低 多 式 联 运 过 程 的 碳 排 放量。

Finally, a multimodal transport service transport network map is built and partial real data is collected through websites and softwares, after which the related service composition case is solved by adopting the Genetic Algorithms. The optimal transport routes and multimodal transport mode will be obtained immediately after that, and multimodal transport development proposals can also be acquired after analyzing the results.

Given that multimodal transport has become an important transport mode, reasonable composition of multimodal transport services can make full use of various transport modes, thus achieving the goal of rational use of logistics resources. Meanwhile, the awareness of environmental protection can also be raised, and the carbon emissions during multimodal transport can be reduced, to some degree, considering the factors of carbon emissions. 本文首先从物流领域的特征入手,建立云物流服务模式概念模型,分析了 云物流服务组合的过程。其次,建立了物流服务 QoS(Quality of Service,服务 质量)属性集,提出了物流服务 QoS 应用框架;提出干线运输和中转运输过程 的碳排放量计算方法;分析了多式联运运输过程,抽象出多式联运服务组合过 程;提出物流服务 QoS 属性的度量方法,建立多式联运服务组合模型。然后, 设计了一种主观和客观相结合的模糊权重确定方法,利用三角模糊数计算用户 的主观权重,同时提出利用模糊层次分析法计算包括物流领域专家和历史用户 的客权重,为了充分尊重用户的主观意见,提出组合权重计算方法,以此权 衡用户、物流领域专家和历史用户之间的重要性,产生合理的权重值。最后, 建立了多式联运服务组合运输网络图,并通过一些网站和软件收集部分实际数 据 ,利 用 遗 传 算 法 对 该 服 务 组 合 案 例 进 行 求 解 ,获 得 多 式 联 运 过 程 的 最 优 运 输 路径和运输方式,并对结果进行分析,提出我国多式联运发展的建议。
Starting with the characteristics of the logistics field, this thesis establishes a conceptual model of the cloud logistics service mode, and analyzes the process of cloud logistics service composition. After that, this thesis establishes the QoS attribute set of logistics service, and puts forward the QoS application framework of logistics service; proposes the calculation method of carbon emissions in trunk and transit transportation process; analyzes the multimodal transport process, abstracts the multimodal transport service composition process; proposes the measurement method of logistics service QoS attributes, and also establishes a multimodal transport service composition model. And then, this thesis puts forward a fuzzy weight determination method combining subjectivity and objectivity. The subjective weights of user are calculated by using triangular fuzzy numbers, and fuzzy objective analytic hierarchy process is proposed to calculate the objective weight of experts and historical users in the field of logistics at the same time. In order to fully respect the subjective opinion of user, a combination of weight calculation method is proposed, through which the importance among user, logistics experts and historical users can be weighted, and a reasonable weight value will be produced.

ABSTRACT
The rapid development of economy and trade makes the logistics become more and more important in the national economy. The optimal allocation of logistics resources is not only an important way to improve logistics operation efficiency, but also has become an effective approach to improve the social competitiveness. As an important form of optimal allocation of logistics resources, logistics service composition can exert the advantages of various logistics resources and obtain the best composition of logistics resources to meet the needs of users. Under "the Belt and Road" initiative, multimodal transport has obtained more and more attention. As a typical form of logistics services composition, multimodal transpo rt can fully exert the advantages of various transport forms to reduce logistics costs, and to improve logistics efficiency through composition, and to obtain the best transport composition to meet the constraints. Therefore, this thesis studies the related methods of multimodal transport service composition considering carbon emissions, and presents the optimal transport route and transportation options, on the basis of fully understanding of the process of multimodal transport.

经济贸易全球化的快速发展使得物流在国民经济中的地位越来越重要。 物流资源优化配置不仅是提高物流运营效率的重要方式,也已经成为提高社会 竞争力的有效途径。物流服务组合作为物流资源优化配置的重要方式可以发挥 各种物流资源的优势,获得最佳的物流资源组合形式,满足用户的任务需求。 在“一带一路”政策的指引下,多式联运得到越来越多的重视。多式联运作为 典型的物流服务组合形式,可以充分发挥不同交通运输方式的优势,通过组合 降低物流成本、提高物流效率,获得能够满足约束的最佳运输组合方式。因此, 本文在充分了解多式联运过程的基础上,研究了考虑碳排放的多式联运服务组 合相关方法,给出最优的运输路径和运输方式选择。
