完整净化仪式
材料：浴盆，海盐、干燥的迷迭香，干燥的鼠尾草，几支白蜡烛，一面镜子，精油
1、往浴盆中倒温水,同时放入盐,迷迭香,鼠尾草,点上蜡烛,关上电灯
2、说“O Mother Goddess, help me to cleanse myself now of all that holds me back or blocks my growth and progress. Help me as I embrace my fullest potential and I open my heart to growth.”
3、进入水中洗澡,弄湿全身
4、向后躺去,让自己感到舒适,让温暖的水浸漠自己,
5、反思自己过去的一切悲伤,忧虑,恐惧,自我局限,痛苦的回忆
6、对自己和宇宙断言
“I release this. It leaves me now.”
7、释放这一切,说“O Mother Goddess, look within my soul and help me to release whatever remains that I have not seen.”
8、、清空思想,当这些记忆来临时,不要接受它们,将它们冲走,让女神在你体内看着,持续几分钟
9、站起来,想着你已冲走的记忆,断言
“All that I have released, I leave behind me. May their energy return to the Mother to be reused.”
一边说,一边走出浴盆
10、让自己风干
11、站在镜子前,想象一双眼睛从背后凝视你,对自己说
“This is a good person.”
“I love this person. This is the child of the Goddess, whom She loves.”
12、拍一些精油在手指上,再拍在脚趾上,说
“Blessed be my feet, that I may walk in sacred paths.”
13、拍更多一些在手指上,再拍在膝上,说
“Blessed be my knees, that I may kneel at the altar of the Ancient Ones.”
14、拍更多一些在手指上,再拍在盆骨处,说
“Blessed be my womb/penis, that I may bring forth life, and art, and joy.”
15、拍更多一些在手指上,再拍在胸膛中央,说
“Blessed be my heart, which is formed in beauty, that I may love and receive love.”
16、拍更多一些在手指上,再拍在嘴唇上,说
“Blessed be my lips, that I may speak the Words of Power in time to come.”
19、拍更多一些在手指上,再拍在前额,说
“Blessed be my Mind’s Eye, that I may see the unseen, and receive the messages of Spirit.”
20、看着镜子,说
“In the name of the Goddess, I am blessed. Like a flower I shall open and grow. May all that I have released be replaced with the love and blessings of the Mother. So mote it be.”
快速简易的净化方法

如果你觉得以上的仪式太复杂了，太坑爹了，这里还有一种简易净化方法。

放空你的身体，抛开日常的杂念与负面想法，使用第一步仪式中同样的材料放入温水(也可以只放盐)，并清洗你的双手，清洗你的身体，你需要集中精神去完成，完成后可在身上涂点香料，比如甘菊，茉莉，绣线菊之类的精油也可以。
