2013～2014年我院儿科使用糖皮质激素的调查分析

【摘要】目的：通过调查分析我院患儿糖皮质激素用药现状，评价用药合理性，
为患儿临床合理使用糖皮质激素提供参考与指导。

方法对我院2013年9月～2014年2月住院患儿共940份病历进行回顾性调查，统计我院主要糖皮质激素(地塞米松、甲泼尼龙和布地奈德气雾剂)的用药情况。

结果在940份病历中，使用糖皮质激素激素的病例有451份，使用率为57.5%，有104份0～1岁患儿病历
使用糖皮质激素，使用率为23.1％；有258份1～4岁患儿病历使用糖皮质激素，使用率为57.2％；有82份5～12岁患儿病历使用糖皮质激素，使用率为18.2％；有7份12～18岁患儿病历使用糖皮质激素，使用率为1.55％。

其中地塞米松的
使用频率最高达80.5%，地塞米松平均用药时间为3.39d，明显高于3d 冲击疗法的用药时间。

结论我院儿童患者糖皮质激素使用上存在无指征用药、疗程不规范等问题，应予以重视。

%Objective To investigate and analyze the utilization situation of glucocorticoids of children in our hospital, evaluate the drug use rationality, and provide reference and guidance for the clinical rational use of glucocorticoids. Methods 940 medical records of children in our hospital were retrospectively investigated, the drug use rationality of main glucocorticoids (Dexamethasone / Methylprednisolone / Budesonide Aerosol ) were employed with statistical analysis. Results There were 451 medical records used glucocorticoids in 940 medical records, the use rate
was 57.5%, 104 medical records used glucocorticoids on 0-1 year children, the use rate was 23.1%, 258 medical records used glucocorticoids in 1-4 years children, the use rate was 57.2%, 85 medical records used in 5-12 years children, the use rate was 18.2%, there were 7 medical records used in 12-18 years children, the use rate was 1.55%. The highest drug use frequency was Dexamethasone and up to 80.5%, the average use of Dexamethasone for 3.39 days and higher than the 3 days shock therapy medication time. Conclusion It has no indication of application and the course of treatment without standard etc. of children in our hospital. We should pay more attention to the clinical rational use for glucocorticoids.【总页数】3页(P214-216)
