剖腹产手术后切口愈合不良的原因分析及护理对策

【摘要】目的：探讨剖腹产手术后切口愈合不良的影响因素以及护理方案。

方法以我院收治211例剖腹产手术后患者为研究对象，将出现切口愈合不良的患者归为观察组109例，将愈合正常的患者归为对照组102例，比较两组患者的各类情况。

结果根据观察组和对照组的体质、血红蛋白指数、患病数量以及手术、护理状态数值进行对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。

结论医护人员需要明确剖腹产手术后切口愈合不良的原因，采取相应的护理对策，帮助患者早日康
复。

%Objective To investigate the effect on poor healing after cesarean section operation factors and nursing plan. Methods Selected 211 cases with caesarean operation in our hospital as the research object, the wound healing of the patients were divided into the observation group 109 cases, and the normal healing of the patients were divided into control group of 102 cases, compared two groups of patients with various types of situation. Results The observation group and the control group, the prevalence of physical, hemoglobin index numerical quantity and operation, nursing status were compared, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Medical staff need the reason of poor wound healing after the operation of cesarean section, adopt the corresponding nursing countermeasure, help patients recover soon.
