Vehicle Maintenance Fee Agreement Template

1.Services

The Service Provider disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.The Service Provider shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the maintenance services provided.
6.Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason or no reason by providing written notice to the other party.Upon termination, the Service Provider shall refund to the Customer any prepaid fees for services not yet performed.
