我变的更胖了的英语作文
I've put on so much weight recently, it's kind of crazy.
I mean, I used to be in pretty good shape, but now I just feel like a balloon. It's like every time I look in the mirror, I see a different person staring back at me. And
not in a good way, you know?
I think part of the problem is that I've been stress-eating a lot lately. Like, whenever I'm feeling down or overwhelmed, I just reach for the nearest bag of chips or tub of ice cream. It's like I know it's not good for me,
but in the moment, it's the only thing that seems to make me feel better.
I used to be so active, always going for runs or
hitting the gym. But these days, it's like I can barely muster up the energy to get off the couch. It's like my motivation has just completely disappeared, and I don't know how to get it back.
I know I need to make some changes if I want to get back to feeling like myself again. I've been thinking about maybe trying out some new workout classes or finding a workout buddy to help keep me accountable. And I definitely need to start being more mindful of what I'm eating and when I'm eating it.
It's not easy, though. I feel like I'm fighting against years of bad habits and negative self-talk. But I know I owe it to myself to at least try. I want to feel strong and confident again, and I know that it's going to take some hard work to get there.。
