【摘要】目的研究静脉采血与静脉输液一体化穿刺技术,减轻患儿痛苦,降低护士劳动强度,提高工作效率,提升患者满意度.方法使用一次性采血针进行小儿头皮静脉穿刺采血后,与一次性输液器相连接,形成一个新的密闭输液系统,完成静脉输液.结果通过在儿科的大量临床实践证明该项技术操作简单,护士易于掌握,且成功率高,可达99.27%以上.结论应用一次性采血针"一针两用"技术,减少反复穿刺给患儿带来的痛苦,患儿及家长易于接受,提高了患者满意率,减轻了护士心理压力及护理工作量,在临床中值得推广.%Objective Study the integrated puncture technology of venous blood collection and the venous transfusion to release the children patients' pain, reduce the nurses' labor intensity, improve the work efficiency and promote the patient satisfaction.MethodsAfter blood sampling through infantile scalp vein punctures with disposable blood collection needles, connect it with disposable infusion sets to form a new inclosed infusion system and accomplish the venous transfusion.Results It is proved though a lot of pediatric clinical practice that the technology is simple to operate, easy to master by the nurses and the success rate is high, up to more than 99.27%.ConclusionThe application of technology --the "One needle, dual-use" of the disposable blood collection needles can release the children patients' pain caused by repeated punctures, can be
accepted easily by children patients and their parents, and thus satisfaction rate can be promoted, and it can also relieve the nurses' pressure and their nursing workload. It's worth to popularize in clinical.
