心理干预对乳腺癌患者焦虑情绪影响的观察

【摘要】Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on breast cancer patients during the peri operation anxiety. Methods The patients in breast cancer during operation period of Zung self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) assessment, psychological intervention in nursing, were observed before and after the intervention ef ect. Results Before and after psychological intervention anxiety contrast, after the intervention, patients' anxiety score decreased obviously, 115 cases of breast cancer in female patients before intervention, SAS evaluates to 60.25+17.81, the given psychological intervention SAS evaluates to 48.35+15.66, before and after the intervention ( <0.01) with statistical y significant dif erence. Conclusion There is a positive meaning to improve the psychological intervention on breast cancer patients during the peri operation anxiety.%目的观察心理干预对围手术期乳腺癌患者焦虑情绪的影响。

方法通过对住院的乳腺癌围手术期患者进行Zung焦虑自评表（SAS）评估，在护理方面实施心理干预，观察干预前后的效果。

结果心理干预前后焦虑情绪对比，干预后患者的焦虑评分明显下降，115例乳腺癌女性患者心理干预前，SAS评估为(60.25依17.81)分，给予心理干预后SAS评估为（48.35依15.66）分，干预前后比较（<0.01）差异有统计学意义。

结论心理干预对围手术期乳腺癌患者焦虑情绪的改善有着积极的意义。
