香格里拉酒店品牌本土化现状分析及策略选择

摘要

品牌本土化发展战略是跨国企业抢滩中国市场的有效手段之一,是跨国公司中国市场本土化战略的重要组成部分。跨国企业在产品、品牌、传播、分销渠道、社会关系等方面奉行了坚定的本土化战略,取得了中国市场的辉煌战绩。这对于中国本土企业来说,既是挑战,也是学习、借鉴的好机会。我国正面临奥运、世博的大好时机,从而促使旅游业蓬勃发展,导致饭店业在我国也呈现出前所未有的上升态势。在此背景下,不少跨国旅游饭店管理集团携带众多国际著名的饭店品牌纷纷进入我国,试图谋取大份额的市场占有率,直接推动我国饭店业的竞争进一步趋于激烈,而其中,饭店品牌将成为决定饭店市场竞争力的关键因素。事实也证明,国际著名饭店集团在我国旅游市场中取得的成功,正是由于丰富的经验和出色的品牌管理,想比之下,大多数国内饭店至今都没有建立完整的品牌经营系统,这是值得引起关注的严峻现实。

宁波香格里拉酒店正是品牌本土化中的翘楚,本文在搜集、整理了大量国内外相关理论和宁波香格里拉酒店实践资料的基础上,分析了跨国公司在华品牌发展的不同阶段本土化战略的动因、实施方法和未来可能的发展方向;辅之宁波香格里拉酒店为例说明;最后分析了中国企业在国外市场经营品牌时可能会遇到的困难,并提出了中国企业实施品牌本土化战略的途径和应注意的问题。

Abstract

Brand localization development strategy is a multinational enterprise subordinate to the Chinese market, it is one of the effective means of multinational companies in China market localization strategy important constituent. Multinationals in product, the brand, dissemination, distribution channel, social relations aspects pursues the firmness of localization strategies, obtain the Chinese market brilliant record. This for our domestic enterprise, it is not only challenge, is also learning and reference to a good opportunity. Our country is facing the Olympic and world expo great opportunity of that enables tourism booming, resulting in hotel industry in China is also showing unprecedented rise. In this context, many transnational tourism hotel management group carry many international famous hotel brands are entering the country, trying to seek larger share market share, direct impelling our country industry competition further tends to intense and among them, hotel brand will be decided hotel market competitiveness of the key factors. The facts proved that famous international hotel group in China's tourism market success, it is precisely because the rich experience and excellent brand management, think compared, most domestic hotel so far have not establish a complete brand management system, this is worth attention the harsh reality.

Ningbo shangri-la hotel is the best brand localization, this paper in collecting, collating a lot of domestic and foreign relevant theory and ningbo shangri-la hotel practice material was analyzed on the basis of multinational companies in China brand localization strategies different development stages of the motives, implementation method and possible future direction.
