Presentation升级演讲操作细则针对学员：所有八个级别的常规班学员完成时间：完成并通过一个级别的至少八节小班课之后，升入下一级别之前教学部相关操作要求：1．各中心教学部安排统一演讲时间。
频率根据中心的学员需求量可以控制在每周两到三次，周一至周五一至两次，某个晚上或者某个晚上加某个白天，周末一次。
如果需求量特别大，周末可以增加至一天一次。
2．演讲时间安排需要输入MIS同时打印一份张贴在前台课表区。
3．统一演讲安排在中心的AV Room 或English Corner进行。
4．每次统一演讲时间为1小时。
5．每次限定8人或以下，级别不限。
每位预约的学员必须自己邀请至少两名听众参加。
6．统一演讲时间内预约的各级别学员按照级别由低到高进行演讲。
7．演讲的评定至少由教学主管（或教学主管指定一位tutor）和一名外教参与。
8．每位学员演讲结束后，教学主管（或指定tutor）及外教需各提一个与演讲主题相关的问题，学员作答。
9．教学主管或指定tutor及外教根据学员在演讲和回答问题过程中的表现在《升级演讲评分表》（见附页1）中的每一项后打分。
最后总分平均分达到60分或以上的学员，算做通过演讲。
10. 演讲结束后的评分表格需要由该学员的tutor与学生资料表一起统一存档。
使用新版本StudentManual的学员，其tutor需要将该学员每一项的平均分及总分平均分誊写至Student Manual中的升级演讲成绩所在页。
学生相关操作要求：1．学员在每个级别至少完成8节小班课后开始准备升级演讲。
准备完毕即可预约中心统一演讲时间进行演讲，无需一定等到完成12节小班课后。
2．建议学员在参加演讲前先参加介绍Presentation Skills的补充课（在前台预订）。
3．Tutor需要对学员的各准备阶段进行辅导，包括选题、列提纲、写作和试讲。
4．学员需要在前台预约演讲时间。

整个第二部分的考试时间约为6分钟。
在这一部分，每位考生将被要求就某一主题发表1分钟左右的演讲。
概括来说，在第二部分一开始，主考官会递给每位考生一张信息卡(留意：是不同的信息卡)。
每张信息卡上有A、B、C三个问题。
每个问题后，有两个或三个提示。
考生选择一个话题后，可根据提示组织自己的演讲。
考生选择其中的一个问题发表一个小型演讲。
考生有1分钟的时间同时进行预备。
在预备过程中，主考官会提供空白纸张和铅笔，也就是说，考生可以在预备的过程中做笔记。
预备时间结束，其中一位，即考生B先发表演讲。

应试技巧(1) 考生应快速浏览信息卡，选择最熟识、最有把握的话题，然后根据问题后的提示组织演讲。
(2) 预备时间完毕，主考官要求你发言时，考生应当欣然接受并且适时开始讲话。
不要因为自认为预备缺乏而迟迟不发言。

则必将极大地助益于国际社会有效介入埃及再乱的后续发展进程。
继而反过去影响埃及再乱的后续发展，从而影响、迫使其理性更改。
甚至最终颠覆越南、马来西亚、印度、甚至短期内必将被克里米亚独立后续发展（除非俄罗斯对三独架构态度不利中国。
