1.国外的客户通常有固定的报价单,或者是公司调查表要求供应商填写。
内容不尽相同,产品报价单主要是针对具体的型号、而公司调查表更注重对大的方面的了解,比如公司实力、产品特点、质量控制等。
这些都是客户对工厂深入了解的一种方法。
所以在回复客户的邮件时,需要结合公司的实际情况加以描述。
这也是向客户展示产品,展示公司实力的一个机会,必须认真对待。
2.回复客户的邮件,不能只是单纯的回复。
因为作为厂家,主要的目的是销售产品,主动向客户介绍产品是必要的。
在不明确客户的需求时,要适当询问。
询问的同时,还要向客户提供更多的合作信息。
体现出一种贴心的服务,而不是客套。

1.在确认报价之前,第一,必须向客户了解清楚他的实际需求,因为国外客户的想法和国内的想法有些不同,国外客户比较习惯一次性知道一套产品的价格,而不习惯知道某部分是什么价格,另一部分是什么价格。
否则会给客户造成困扰。
第二,如果根据标准报价,价格要清晰体现所包括的主体和附件分别是什么,是怎样的。
2.寄送样品期间,有可能会出现一些意想不到的状况,比如延期,因此必须提前让客户知道情况,但更重要的是客户知道解决问题的方法和结果。
同时要向客户传递产品的特点和优
点,以利于客户更深入的了解产品。
这是客户服务里最重要的一点。
不断向客户提供有用的信息,有利于客户对产品进一步的认识,为合作做铺垫。
