摘要：A method for screening a specified compound, the method comprising:
repeatedly applying an assay/washing process to the same biologically active substance
for each of different plural compounds, the assay/washing process comprising supplying a compound to an attached biologically active substance, assaying the amount of binding between the biologically active substance and the compound, and washing the compound supplied to the biologically active substance after the assay; and repeating an activity assay for detecting the activity of the biologically active substance at least twice during the interval from before starting of the first assay/washing process to after completion of the last assay/washing process, wherein a relationship of activity change indicating the activity change of the biologically active substance is determined based on the activity of the biologically active substance obtained by the activity assay, a corrected amount of binding is determined by correcting the amount of binding between the biologically active substance and the compound based on the relationship of activity change, and a compound specific to the biologically active substance is sorted based on the corrected amount of binding.
