【摘要】目的:探讨醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效.方法:选取2016年11月—2017年11月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的高血压性脑出血患者92例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分组,单号为观察组,双号为对照组,每组46例.对照组患者给予盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用醒脑静注射液治疗.对比观察两组患者治疗前后的血肿量、神经功能缺损评分和脑水肿指数的差异.结果:治疗前和治疗后第3日,两组患者血肿量、神经功能缺损评分和脑水肿指数的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后第7、15和30日,观察组患者的血肿量、神经功能缺损评分和脑水肿指数明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:醒脑静注射液联合盐酸纳洛酮注射液治疗高血压性脑出血的疗效显著,能够减轻患者脑水肿程度,改善神经功能缺损情况,促进血肿吸收.%OBJECTIVE:To probe into the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage .METHODS:92 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted into Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from Nov .2016 to Nov .2017 were selected and divided into observation group ( odd numbers ) and control group ( even numbers ) via admission sequence , with 46 cases in
each .The control group was treated with naloxone hydrochloride injection , while the observation group was given Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection .Differences in volume of hematoma , scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema between two groups before and after treatment were compared .RESULTS: Before treatment and 3 days after treatment , there were no statistical significances in differences in volume of hematoma , scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema between two groups (P>0.05);at 7 days, 15 days and 30 days after treatment, the volume of hematoma, scores of neurological impairment and index of encephaledema of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P
<0.05).CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone hydrochloride injection in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is remarkable , which can relieve encephaledema , improve neurologic impairment and promote hematoma absorption .
