as ⽤法总结
连词：
1.正如……引导⾮限制性定语从句，放句⾸
As is said/known/ reported/believed/told, ……..

e.g. I don’t like playing basketball, but my brother likes. 错误
like 是vt，后⾯必须加宾语，but my brother likes playing basketball.
改为：but my brother does. 助动词相当于⼀个动词词组
2. 正如，依照，按照……
I will do as you advised. 我会照您的建议去做。

She stayed in bed as the doctor had ordered.
她依照医⽣的吩咐卧床休息。

Leave it as it is. 把它维持原样。

3. 尽管（as 须倒装，though 可倒装，although 不可倒装）
⽅法：将表语提前，名词前去冠词
Boy as/though he is，he knows a lot.
尽管while in spite of = despite
e.g. While he is of much wealth, he is not happy.( of much wealth富有的) while ⽤法
1.并列连词，⽽，然⽽cf：but 然⽽，但是，表转折
e.g.I was reading in the sitting room, while my brother was playing a
game in his bedroom.
2.当…….的时候while + 进⾏时cf when + 点动作
cf as ⼀边……⼀边，同时
e.g. While they were talking about me, I pushed in. （考：while + V-ing）
When I pushed in, they were talking about me.
3. while 尽管（考：选择while）
4. 随着……, ⼀边…..⼀边，同时，持续性动词
As time goes on/by, ……随着时间的推移，（goes 是谓语，需要as 连词）With time going on/by,…随着时间的推移，（going 是⾮谓语，需要with介词）选择题：
①题⽬中出现goes 或going，考as或with
②题⽬中出现as 或with，考goes或going，常考with + 宾语+ going
He sang songs as he was taking a bath. 他⼀⾯洗澡，⼀⾯唱歌。

5. as正因为（强有⼒，唯⼀的理由）
e.g. He won the first prize in the competition, as he worked so hard for it. because 普通的因果关系

1. 作为work as/ serve as/ act as 充当，充任
act as a leading role/part in the film扮演主⾓
play a leading part/role in doing sth 在做某事过程中起主导作⽤
cf: work for 为……效⼒，⼯作
be used to doing= be accustomed to doing sth 习惯于
be used to do/as/for 被⽤来做，被⽤作为，被⽤于
used to do =would do 过去常常做（used to 实义动词或助动词）
e.g. There used to be a wasteland here, didn’t there?或usedn’t there?
cf: used to doing 是be used to doing 的⾮谓语形式“习惯于……的”
used to do 是be used to do 的⾮谓语形式“被⽤来做……的”选择题：⽅法：判断是否⾮谓语，主动还是被动，要做正在做还是做完了

consider sb (as/to be) 认为某⼈是，把…..当作
