一、用括号内单词的正确形式填空。

答案To catch句意:为了赶上早班航班,我们提前预订了出租车,并且起得很早。
根据句意可知设空处为目的状语,故用不定式形式。
2.[2015·江苏高考]Much time __________ (spend) sitting at a desk, office workers are generally troubled by health problems.
答案spent句意:因为在桌前久坐,办公室工作人员一般都被健康问题所困扰。
考查独立主格结构作状语。
该结构中的逻辑主语much time与spend之间为逻辑上的被动关系且表示完成,故用过去分词形式。

每题只有一处错误。

此句can后省略do,原句结构为:The government has done everything that it can do to save the buried miners。
本题易误认为情态动词后接动词原形而填save。
