名词变复数的构成方法

其它名词复数的规则变化
other rules
以o，s，x，z，ch，sh结尾的，在名词后加-es，读/iz/或/z/：
dress-dresses；box-boxes；watch-watches；tomato-tomatoes；
potato-potatoes；class-classes；sandwich-sandwiches
1.
词尾是f 或fe ，去掉f 或fe 再加上ves ；
leaf-leaves ；wife-wives ；knife-knives
2.以辅音字母+y 结尾，变y 为i 再加es:
baby---babies city-cities
名词复数的不规则变化：
child---children foot---feet tooth---teeth mouse---mice
man----men
woman---women
