间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的临床疗效观察

【摘要】Objective To comprehensively analyze clinical curative effect of phloroglucinol in treatment of late threatened abortion and threatened preterm labor. Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of pregnant women with late threatened abortion (gestational age over 26 weeks) and threatened premature labor(28 ~ 35+6 weeks of pregnancy) cured in our hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. According to the sequence of admission of pregnant women, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 40 cases in each. Patients in experimental group were treated with phloroglucinol, and patients in control group were treated with magnesium sulphate. Uterine prolonged remission time, the number of weeks, the success rate and adverse reaction etc. after treatment of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The onset time, the contractions in experimental group were shorter time than those of control group(P < 0.05). The success rate of experimental group was higher than that of control
group(P < 0.05). The number of weeks in experimental group was longer than that in control group. The adverse reactions of experimental group was less than that of control group. Conclusion Phloroglucinol in
treatment of late threatened abortion and threatened preterm labor has ideal curative effect. It has the advantage of safety, convenience, and less adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.%目的：综合分析间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的临床治疗效果。

方法选取我院在2014年7月～2015年12月期间收治的晚期先兆流产（孕周≥26周）及先兆早产（孕28～35+6周）的80例孕妇临床资料作为研究对象，按照孕妇入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组，每组均为40例。

实验组应用间苯三酚治疗，对照组应用硫酸镁治疗。

分析比较两组治疗后宫缩缓解时间、延长周数、保胎成功率及用药不良反应等情况。

结果实验组的起效时间、宫缩缓解时间短于对照组（P ＜0.05）；实验组的保胎成功率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；实验组的延长周数较对照组长；实验组的不良反应较对照组少。

结论间苯三酚治疗晚期先兆流产及先兆早产的临床治疗效果较为理想，安全，使用方便，不良反应少，值得临床推广使用。
