【摘要】[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of occlusion manipulation restitution plasticity galvanized wire paper splint external fixation on distal radius fracture. [Method] Make the treatment of occlusion manipulation restitution plasticity galvanized wire paper splint external fixation to 46 such cases of distal radius fracture. [Result] The fractures were al cured, without osteofascial compartment syndrome, skin press sores, nerve entrapment or other complications; under Dienst function evaluation standard, the cure effects: 23 cases were excel ent, 14 good, 6 so so, 3 bad, the excel ence rate 80.4%;comparing that before reposition to after reposition, palmar tilt, Chipian angle and radius height were obviously recovered;the radius height was something lost after reposition to bone cure, the statistical treatment showed marked difference;after restitution, compared with bone cure, the angles had no statistical difference. [Conclusion] Occlusion manipulation restitution plasticity galvanized wire paper splint external fixation treating distal radius fracture can better recover the distal radius anatomy structure, and keep better palmer tilt and Chipian angle in curing fracture, but with some
shortcoming in maintaining ra-dius height.% [目的]观察闭合手法整复塑
性铅丝纸质夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。

[方法]对2011年1月至2012年1月我科收住的46例桡骨远端骨折患者应用闭合手法整复塑性铅丝纸质
夹板外固定治疗，比较治疗前后及骨折愈合后掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度情况，并按Dienst功能评估疗效。

[结果]骨折均愈合，无骨筋膜室综合征、皮肤压疮、神
经卡压等并发症；按Dienst功能评估标准评定疗效：优23例，良14例，可6例，差3例，优良率80.43%；整复前后比较，掌倾角、尺偏角、桡骨高度明显恢复，整复后至骨愈合时桡骨高度有所丢失，经统计学分析，差异有统计学意义
（P<0.01）；整复后与骨愈合时掌倾角、尺偏角经统计学分析，差异无统计学意
义（P>0.05）。

[结论]闭合手法整复塑性铅丝纸质夹板外固定治疗桡骨远端骨折
能较好的恢复桡骨远端解剖结构；并能在骨折愈合过程中较好的维持掌倾角、尺偏角，而对桡骨高度的维持尚有欠缺。
