牙髓坏死应用一次性根管充填的临床治疗

【摘要】Objective To analysis the application of pulpal necrosis of one-time root canal filling in clinical treatment. Methods Choose in May 2011 to May 2012 period, in our hospital treatment of pulpal necrosis in 50 cases patients, according to different methods of treatment were divided into observation group and control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with the use of one-time root canal filling, the control group using multiple root canal filling treatment, analysis and comparison of two groups the effect of. Results The observation group and the control group patients in the operation after a week there are pain in the case;the observation group was treated with the effective rate higher than that of the control group with efficiency, and the difference between the two groups significantly. Conclusion The treatment of pulp necrosis using disposable root canal, can effectively shorten the course of treatment and follow-up visits, and the operation is simple, easy to master, the chances of success are relatively high, the treatment effect is good, worthy of clinical application of treatment on.% 目的分析牙髓坏死应用一次性根管充填的临床治疗。

方法选择2011年5月至2012年5月期间，在我院治疗牙髓坏死的50例病患，依据不同的治疗方法分成观察组与对照组，其中观察组25例，运用一次
性的根管充填进行治疗，对照组25例，采用多次根管的充填方式进行治疗，分析比较两组治疗的效果。

结果观察组与对照组的患者在手术之后均有出现疼痛的情况；观察组治疗的有效率明显高于对照组治疗的有效率，并且两组的差异显著。

结论牙髓坏死运用一次性根管进行治疗，可有效的缩短治疗的疗程与随诊的次数，并且操作简便，容易掌握，成功的概率也比较高，治疗的效果好，值得在临床治疗上推广运用。
