摘要：An agent for decomposing odorous substances in which platinum or a platinum-containing compound is supported on porous silica, wherein the odorous substance is at least one volatile selected from aldehydes, fatty acids, sulfur compounds, and nitrogen compounds. A decomposition agent comprising a compound and used in an atmosphere of 80 to -40 ° C in the presence of oxygen. The present invention is useful in decomposing volatile odorous substances released from fish and meat.
