【摘要】Objective To investigate the clinical effect of enema with sargentglory decoction in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 100 patients were analyzed retrospectively. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group of 50 cases, with sargentglory decoction enema treatment, the control group with antibiotic treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96%, the control group was 78%, the treatment group was better than the control group, the two groups were statistically significant
(P<0.05).Conclusion After observation, sargentglory decoction retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine was obviously better than that of single antibiotic therapy with. This clinical observation effect is suitable for the treatment of chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease, so that the symptoms can be improved, and the quality of life is greatly improved.%目的：探讨红藤汤灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。

方法回顾分析100例患者的临床资料，随机分为治疗组和对照组。

治疗组50例，采用红藤汤灌肠治疗；对照组采用抗生素治疗。

结果治疗组的总有效率达96%；对照组为78%，治疗组优于对照组，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。

结论经观察，红藤汤中药保留灌肠效果
高于单一应用抗生素治疗患者的效果。

此项临床观察效果适用于治疗慢性盆腔炎，能够改善患者症状，提高生活质量。
