Mechanical Equipment Rental Contract
This Rental Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is made and entered into on [date] and between the following parties:

1. Rental Equipment
Party A agrees to rent to Party B the following mechanical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the "Equipment"):

2. Rental Period
The rental period shall mence on [start date] and end on [end date]. The total rental period is [duration].
3. Rental Fee and Payment Terms

3.2 Party B shall make the payment to Party A within [number of days] days after the mencement of the rental period. Subsequent payments shall be made at regular intervals as specified in this Contract.

4. Delivery and Return of Equipment

5. Mntenance and Repr
5.1 Party A is responsible for ensuring that the Equipment is in good working condition at the time of delivery.
5.2 During the rental period, Party B is responsible for the routine mntenance of the Equipment. If the Equipment requires repr due to normal wear and tear, Party B shall notify Party A, and Party A shall arrange for the repr at its own cost. However, if the damage is caused Party B's misuse or negligence, Party B shall be responsible for the repr costs.
6. Insurance
Party B shall obtn insurance coverage for the Equipment during the rental period to cover any loss or damage. The insurance policy shall name Party A as an additional insured.
7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Party A shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused the Equipment, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Party A.
7.2 Party B shall indemnify and hold Party A harmless from any clms, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the Equipment Party B.
8. Termination of Contract
8.1 Either party may terminate this Contract upon the occurrence of a material breach the other party.
8.2 In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.) that makes it impossible to perform this Contract, the Contract may be terminated either party without liability.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fls, the disputes shall be submitted to the arbitration institution agreed upon both parties or to the court having jurisdiction.
10. Miscellaneous
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. Any amendments or modifications to this Contract must be in writing and signed both parties.
This Contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
