【摘要】睛明穴为手足太阳、足阳明、阴跷、阳跷五脉之会，临床治疗范围较广，由于它紧邻眼球及深面有丰富的血管和神经，针刺操作不慎，容易造成眼球损伤或出血。

笔者结合自己的临床学习，并检阅近10年的相关报道，对睛明穴的层次解剖、操作方法、临床应用等方面做一探讨。

睛明穴是治疗眼病的主穴，其治疗疗效显著，已被古今医家所共识。

但是因其特殊部位，针刺相对危险，临床须胆大心细，熟悉其层次解剖、掌握操作方法，防止意外的发生。

in blood vessels and nerves, acupuncture, careless operation, easy to cause the eye injury or hemorrhage. The clinical study of their own, and review the relevant reports of nearly ten years, did a study on Jingming anatomical, operation method, clinical applications. Jingming is the main points for the treatment of eye diseases, the treatment effect is significant, has been the ancient and modern medicine consensus. But because of its special location, the relative risk of clinical acupuncture, to be bold but cautious, be familiar with the anatomical, master the method of operation, prevent accidents.
