1.真题+听力MP3：英语四级每年的真题还有英语四级听力等资料，可以去“零元课”网站下载，这个网站的资源很丰富，资料也比较优质权威，关键是完全免费的。
2.真题同步讲解视频课：首推英语四级下载网站“零元课”，和一般免费的视频课完全不同，质量要好很多，而且时长都在30分钟以上，讲师也是很权威的，课堂生动有趣，不会枯燥。
3.听力改革资料：如果想听VOA或者BBC慢速新闻，还有六级的讲座等，可以去中国雅思网，资源很丰富，但是听力难度比较高，基础不好的还是建议练习真题听力就够了。
