外联部：外联部职责是负责本校社团的工作交流和联谊文化活动，以合法、合理的方式，随时关注外界对协会有影响的信息，配合社团负责人工作，并尽量与家教中心联系，给协会的会员联系兼职工作。主动、积极地与其它有关团体沟通接触，作为协会的窗口，有义务对外宣传协会提高协会的知名度。
园英文广播，通过广播向同学们介绍一些西方的文化，丰富同学们的业余生活。此外，我们部的下班负责人还安排部员到五年一贯制的班级进行下班活动。旨在提高同学们的学习兴趣，帮助他们解决一些英语学习方面的问题。我们的下班活动一直备受五年一贯制的同学们的热烈欢迎，我们部员和同学们的关系更加融洽、和谐。
同时我们社团内部有着严格的管理制度，每次正式会议之前，都有秘书长负责点名，记录考勤情况。无特殊情况下不参加会议四次者，劝其自动退社。有事不得不请假者要事先跟部长、副部长或秘书长请假，否则做缺勤处理，活动缺勤次数越多者，将劝其退社。我们把部员参加英语角以及下班活动的等表现作为考察部员的准则，并以他们的表现作为每年评选社团优秀积极分子的准则，做到对每一名社员都公平公正、负责。

秘书部：开展日常工作主要有：组织实施工作计划；整理活动总结；负责协会资料和文件的档案管理，并且要求秘书部每个会员每周至少发表一篇的英语文章。作为英语俱乐部秘书部部长要求有较好的口语，较强的责任心，做事认真，对本职工作负责；并且要求有一定的文笔功底。
学习部：部学习部作为整个协会学习的核心和表率其职责主要负
责培训会员的英语水平和平时疑难问题的解决，带动每个部进行早安英语，组织大家学习英语，组织每个部门们举行英语写作，英语演讲，英语书法，英语辩论等活动。

英语戏剧社(Drama Club)
A成立背景：为丰富校园文化生活，营造学英语、说英语、用英语的学习氛围，提高全校同学学习英语的兴趣，调动同学们的学习热情和积极性，增强学生人文素养，开阔英语学习视野，让全校同学的大学生活多姿多彩，因此，英语俱乐部于2016年10月成立了英语戏剧社，英语戏剧社由英语俱乐部主办，由外国语学院的老师指导,演员共有三十多个，包括其它院的同学以及英语俱乐部的成员组成。B活动原因：由于英语俱乐部最近几年来一直以开展英语角和原声英语电影活动为主，在学校的影响力还不够，为了使广大学生学英语和使用英语相结合，丰富同学们的校园文化生活，特别是让英语俱乐部所有会员感受到学习英语的重要性，使更多的同学了解西方文化，因此英语俱乐部决定在这个学期建立一个英语戏剧小组。

英语俱乐部成立于2002年，至今已走过了九年的历史，它是海外院给学生们一个展示自我的平台。它是我们学校第一个最具活力、最具魅力的社团。每一个刚踏入海外院的同学都不禁对它好奇，想了解并融入到这个集体中。我们的口号是“one for all，all for one”——意思是团结就是力量，人人为我，我为人人。让爱在你我之间传递，涌动在你我的心间，让人感觉到家的温暖。

组织部：组织部职责主要是负责协会活动的开展，活动申请，活动策划。具体工作：组织安排活动时间，地点，确定活动人数；每周协助秘书部做好文书工作，并收集每个部上交的文章。活动前后清理活动现场；采购协会和组织活动所需的物品以及维持活动的秩序。影音部：主要负责安排每周的电影播放，播放之前必须提前跟我们的指导老师和外教商量每周播放什么电影，经过他们的同意后才能播放电影，每周组织英语电影的介绍和写电影的评论。
观众：参赛选手各个班级8名观众。社团成员。
奖励：荣誉证书，奖品。比赛设定一等奖1名，二等奖2名，三等奖2名，优秀奖3名）由比赛当天的情况定。

自创办以来，英语角逐渐由稚嫩走向成熟。在这过程中她得到了院系领导、学院团总支及广大会员的支持和帮助。
尤其是外教的加入
使之更加有声有色。在外教身边，同学们不仅能听到纯正的英语语音，而且能直接与外教交流，将理论与实践结合起来。因此，同学们都觉得来英语角不仅能提高口语，还能提高听力，扩大词汇及学到标准语音。

英语俱乐部是一个和谐，充满关爱和关怀的社团，它的宗旨是和同学们一起交流、学习、共同进步，把我们的口语变得更好。英语俱乐部为同学们提供了很多的常规活动，如英语角、英语播音、下班级活动等。每周四晚9:40，英语角就会如火如荼的在二号教学楼前大榕树下展开，同学们在那里围成一个圈谈论英语。只要环境许可英语俱乐部的部员们都会准时来到这里和同学们交流，给同学们提供交流、学习英语的平台，相互促进、相互进步。我们始终坚持这一传统活动是因为我们不想看到那些热情四溢的，对英语热爱的同学失望而归，只要有同学在那里想交流英语，不管有多晚，我们部员都会耐心的留在那里和同学们交流。同学们的积极和部员的配合使得每次英语角都圆满结束。同学们的口语也从中得到了锻炼和提高。英语角把我们和各班同学联合起来，它成为我们部的一道亮丽风景线。还有英语报，那是我们部的成员用自己的智慧和汗水编制出来的。英语报是用来给同学们当成一种课外阅读的材料，让同学们学习上面的短语和句子，给同学们日后的写作提供参考。每周六下午我们部还会组织部员进行校
