1.0 目的/Purpose
为了维护公司赖以生存的环境，更好的管理为达到产品符合要求所需的工作环境；营造一个整齐、卫生的工作场所，更好的推行5S，实行标准化作业管理。

For protecting company surival which depend on the work environment, we need to better manage the work environment so as to achieve a better product quality. In order to do so, we need to build a orderly, healthy work environment by driving "5S" and carrying out standardization operation management.2.0 范围/Scope
全公司所有单位的工作环境均适用。

It applies to the work environment for all department.
3.0 权责/Responsibility
3.1
仓库负责对仓库温湿度的管控和调整。

Warehouse: is responsible to control and adjustment of temperature & humidity in warehouse.3.2
由管理部门负责推行和监督5S 活动。

Administration department: is responsible for driving and monitoring activities for "5S"3.3各单位负责维持及整理本部门的工作环境。

Every department: is responsible for maintaining and cleaning their department the working environment.4.0 定义/Definition

5.0 内容/Content
5.1仓库的环境管理 /Warehouse environmental management
5.1.1由工程部根据采购原材料和工程成品的特性要求，以文件形式规定出该仓库的温湿度的监控范围。

PE department shall define monitoring scope of temperature and humidity in warehouse in accordance with the requirement of the raw material and finished products.
5.1.2仓库管理人员每日确认两次仓库的实际温湿度，并记录在「温湿度监控一览表」中。

Storeman shall validate the actual temperature&humidity twice a day, and record in [Humidity and Temperature Control Chart 」.
5.1.3 如发现仓库实际温湿度超出所规定的范围，应该及时通过空调、除湿机等设备来调整，使其温湿度达到规定范围。

Storeman shall use the air-conditioner and dehumidifier to adjust the temperature and humidity when any one of them is out of the specification.
5.25S 的管理 /Management of "5S"
5.2.1由管理部规划各单位的5S 责任区，将责任区分为以下四大区域：Administration department shall draft out every department "5S" responsibility into the following 4 areas:* 生产区/Manufacture zone * 品保区/Quality zone
* 工程区/Process Engineering zone * 总务区/General affairs zone
