年龄特点小学年龄段儿童骨骼钙化程度低而富有弹性,不易骨折但易发生变形,且脊柱正在发育,因此要注意训练正确的坐、立、行走姿势,预防脊柱弯曲异常的发生。

此时肌肉发育不完善,含水分多,且一般是粗大肌肉先发育,下肢比上肢肌肉先发育,屈肌比伸肌先发育,在选择运动项目时应加以考虑。

要加强足部弹跳训练,锻炼足弓承担自身体重,预防扁平足的发生。

由于神经系统发育比较快,适合进行平衡、反应、灵敏、协调、柔韧等能力的训练。

由于年龄小,中枢神经系统易兴奋、易扩散、易疲劳、也易恢复,需要注意运动的强度不要太大,形式要多样,运动和休息要频繁交替。

由于心血管系统发育不成熟,不易进行心脏负担过重的耐力性运动,而应进行跑、跳、投掷、游泳、广播体操等基本技能的训练。

1、性别特点:男女性在机体形态结构和生理功能上有许多差别,尤其进入青春期后,体能差别加大。

体型上,女性四肢短小,躯干较长,肩部较窄而骨盆较宽,身体重心较低。

女性肌肉不如男性发达,骨骼的承重和抗拉能力较差,心脏的重量、容积和每博输出量也相对较小。

上述性别特点使得女性的奔跑跳跃能力较差,平衡能力较强。

因此,到中学阶段,体育锻炼必须男女分开。

女性在经期要减少运动量,避免游泳、增加腹压和对全身有剧烈震动的运动,可以进行徒手体操、打乒乓球或羽毛球、托排球等活动。

月经异常的女性,在月经期间可以暂免体育活动。

2、健康状况特点:对于不同体质和健康水平的学生,相同的运动负荷可能导致不同的结果。

因此在学校体育中,应根据学生身体的发育水平、功能状况、有无疾病及其程度进行分组。

其中对于身体健康和基本健康(如有轻微的异常:慢性鼻炎、无疼痛感觉的扁平足等)的学生可以按照教学大纲的要求安排体育锻炼。

对于临床检查存在轻微异常的学生(如心脏功能性杂音、风湿性关节炎、肺结核钙化期、慢性肝炎、青春期高血压等)可由校医提出名单,参加轻负荷的体育锻炼。
