滤头、滤板技术说明1总述本技术条件要求所涉及的范围为滤板、滤头制作、施工及安装调试。

我方根据施工图内容及要求,提供滤头、滤板的材料和安装相关的全部附件和紧固件(不锈钢螺栓、压铁板、滤头预埋套管、密封材料等)。

我方还应在安装施工完成后,根据招标文件要求及现场实际情况,合理安排组织砂滤池的气密性试验、布气均匀性试验。

2滤头及其附件(1)技术要求整个滤头系统包括以下主要部件,带有窄缝的滤帽、连接滤头的长柄、橡胶垫片、和埋在滤板里的滤头装配所有的预埋套管。

滤头包含伞形的壳体和空心的滤帽。

滤头规格为Φ24x2mm,L=292mm(长柄滤头),滤头上滤帽缝隙要均匀分布,误差不大于±0.03mm,缝宽高度均为25mm,每个滤头滤缝总面积约2-2.5cm2。

滤头在承受1.8kgf/cm2及内压1.2kgf/cm2情况下,保证不会发生碎裂,变形,集孔口缩小等不良现象。

滤头可以很方便从预埋在滤板中的套管中安装或拆卸,无论水是从滤板上方往下流,还是由滤板下方往上流,水都只从滤头狭长缝中经过,而不从预埋套管或滤头的其它部位渗透。

(2)附件(Ⅰ)密封环滤头密封环为圆柱形壳体、长度与滤板厚度相符,上有翼环,预埋在滤板内,并要求位置准确垂直、固定紧密,不渗水。

数量同滤头总数。

密封环采用软性无毒无害天然橡胶。

(Ⅱ)堵头堵头是气密性试验时用,安装在套管上。

其数量应配备大于二格滤池滤头的数量。

(Ⅲ)材料滤头和嵌固套管、堵头均为ABS制成,采用注塑模工艺,所有滤头及附件无毒无害,适用于饮用水。

本次设计的课题是滤清器盖单型腔注射模设计,它是对以前所学课程的一个总结。

模具工业作为进入富裕社会的原动力之一,正推动着整个工业技术向前迈进!模具就是“高效益”,模具就是“现代化”之深刻含意,也正在为人们所理解和掌握。

我国现在塑料制品年产量已经超过2000万吨以上,其中注射成型制品产量占约30%左右。

据不完全统计,2001年全国塑料加工设备的总产量约33000台,其中注射成型设备约27600台。

塑料制品也因为具有材料来源便利,制品的品种多样化,生产周期短,制造成本低廉,很容易形成大批量生产,塑料制品制造手段和形式多种形式,材料的性能能满足多种领域的要求,材料便于回收和在利用等一系列突出的优点,在航天航空、工业农业生产、交通运输、食品轻工、医疗卫生、家用电器、IT产品、日常生活用品等诸多领域得到了非常广泛的应用,成为我国人民现代生活中不可缺少的必须品。

2 压滤机设备主要规格和技术参数3 结构功能3.1 机架机架主要由主侧梁、油缸组合体、止推板、活动压紧板、衬板、翻板支座、底座等组成。

主侧梁组件支撑滤板和从动头的重量,并提供维持关闭压力的抗张强度。

为使整机受力均匀滤板受压时不产生倾斜的侧向力,两块主侧梁采用整体实芯钢板一次性配对铣削加工而成,侧梁无焊接,以保证精度。

其中一块侧梁上部导轨面加工成梯形面,此梯形面在侧梁本体上加工而成,不采用二次焊接。

止推板、活动板、底座的材质为Q235A 焊接经调质后切削加工。

止推板和活动压紧板为装配式钢结构,带有焊接加强肋,并在整个表面具有承受滤板反推力的均匀强度。

压紧板、止推板焊接加强肋密封;压紧板安装在压滤机侧梁上,以便于调正和保证相对于滤板的平稳平行运动。

压紧板的运动通过连接在油缸座上的双油缸的活塞杆传送。

3.2 液压传动系统液压传动系统由双液压油缸和液压动力构成。

①液压油缸体采用双油缸同步压紧形式,油缸缸体采用高强度钢管调质后粗精加工、再经独特的镜面挤压技术加工制成,工作时无磨损无泄漏。

PP折叠式滤芯的使用和维护方法:1、打开折叠式滤芯插口一端的塑料包装袋,检查O型圈(或垫片),清洁完好后将滤芯密封端口正确放在密封槽内。

2、用工艺液体(例如水)润湿O型圈(或垫片)。

3、以塑料包装袋作为保护,握住滤芯靠近插口的一端,将滤芯牢牢压入外壳的定位孔内。

4、将外包装塑料袋取下,盖上上封头,拧紧吊环压紧螺栓。

5、打开外壳顶部的放气阀。

6、微微打开入口阀,使液体进入外壳。

7、使液体充满外壳,直至液体从放气阀溢出,关闭放气阀。

8、缓慢打开下游出口阀,直至完全打开。

9、缓慢地完全打开入口阀。

10、对每10"滤芯用250L/的流量冲洗5~10分钟。

11、折叠式滤芯不宜经受过大流量的冲击,也不要让它反方向受压。

12、如过滤的压差大于0.15Mpa,或流量明显下降,则表明过滤器滤芯已堵塞,松开吊环压紧螺栓,打开过滤器上封头,取出滤芯用0.2Mpa压力以下的净水冲洗滤芯的外壁,或者用0.2Mpa压力以下的无尘高压空气从滤芯的出口反吹。

13、如折叠式滤芯暂不运行,不应将它们干燥,而应将它们保存在过滤器外壳内,外壳内放入净水或含有抗菌剂的水(例如小于10ppm的次氯酸钠溶液或2%的双氧水溶液),在重新使用之前再冲洗干净。

The functional principle is the vacuum dewatering. So it is possible to remove free water as well as dissolved water.Water is one of the most common contaminants and the second most destructive besides particulate contamination. Some of the most damaging problems water contamination can cause are:• Fluid breakdown- Additive depletion- Reduction of the lubrication properties of the fluid- Oil oxidation• Internal corrosion• Abrasive wear in system components• Reduced dielectric strengthOperating principle:The contaminated fluid is drawn into the Fluid Purifier System by a vacuum. After a solenoid valve, the fluid passes a heater and then enters the vacuum chamber. At the same time, ambient air, which is sucked in through a fine filter and a throttle valve, flows against the oil in the vacuum chamber. In the vacuum chamber, a large free surface is created by packing material and the water is absorbed by the air. Through an oil mist separator the humid air is released to the atmosphere with a vacuum pump. The fluid is pumped back into the oil reservoir by a gear pump through a high efficiency fine filter.The contamination level of the filter element is measured continuously with the clogging sensor VS5. When the filter element is contaminated, the filter system is automatically switched off. The filter element can be changed without tools. 有图纸可知工件属于典型的有凸缘旋转拉深件,形状简单对称。

此工件翻边高度较小,工件的长颈比(H/d)也较小,可在一次拉深完成。

而工件的整体高度尺寸为17.5mm,可在拉深后达到尺寸要求。

此工件的基本工序为:落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边。

1.2 冲压工艺方案的确定根据制件的材料、厚度、形状及尺寸,在进行冲压工艺设计及模具设计应注意以下几点:(1) 该制件需进行落料、拉深、冲孔、翻边,考虑制件较小,设计时应该考虑各工序之间的影响问题。

(2) 制件较薄,考虑制件精度,应注意压料和出料机构的设计(3) 各工序凸凹模行程动作的确定,应保证各工序动作稳妥,连贯。

(4) 卸载装置的动作空间确定,应保证制件及废料的顶出不互相干涉。

工艺方案:方案一:落料—拉深—冲孔—翻边,共四道工序,采用复合模生产,首先对条料落料,得外环制件坯料,再进行拉深,拉深到所需的高度后,再进行冲孔翻边。

方案二:先落料,再拉深,再冲孔,最后翻边。

采用单工序模生产。

方案三:落料—冲孔—拉深—翻边,采用级进模,既先进行冲孔落料在拉深翻边。

工艺方案分析:方案一:只需一副模具,冲压件的形状精度和尺寸精度容易保证,且生产效率高。

方案二:模具结构简单,但需要四道工序,即需要落料模、拉深模、冲孔模、翻边模四副模具生产效率低,难以满足该制件的年产量要求。

方案三:级进模的主要特点是在一幅模具上可对形状十分复杂的冲压件进行冲裁、弯曲、拉深、成型等工序,故生产率高,便于机械化和自动化,适合于大批量生产。

但主要缺点是结构复杂、制造精度高、周期较长、成本较高。

所以通过以上三方案的对比分析,选择方案一为佳。

1.3 单工序模、复合模、级进模的区别?单工序模:结构简单,制造方便。

几道工序,就要相对应几副模具,所以制造成本较高。

重要的是换工序的时候会增加误差,使工件精度、质量大大降低,达不到所需的要求,难以满足生产的需要。

复合模:生产效率高,冲裁件的内孔与外缘的相对位置精度较高,板料的定位精度要求比级进模低,冲模的轮廓尺寸较小。

但复合模的结构复杂,制造精度要求较高,成本高。

复合模主要用于大批量生产,精度要求较高的冲裁件。

只需要一套模具,工件的精度和生产效率都能满足要求,模具轮廓尺寸、制造相对于其他两种来说比较好。

级进模:是一种多工位,效率高的一种加工方法。

但级进模的轮廓尺寸较大,制造复杂,成本较高,一般用于大批量生产,小型冲压件。

1.4 复合模的设计要点:1、复合工序的数量一般复合模的复合工序数量在四工序以下,更多的工序将导致模具结构过于复杂,同时模具的强度、刚度、可靠性也将随之下降,制造和维修更加困难。

2、根据落料凹模的安装的位置,复合模可分为正装与倒装两种形式。

(1)正装复合模冲裁时冲孔废料由上模向下推出,落在下模的下表面,需要及时清理,操作不如装复合模方便,且不太安全,但板料被凹凸模与下模的弹性顶件器压紧冲出的制件较平整,尺寸精度较高。

(2)倒装式复合模:工作时所产生的冲孔废料直接由下模部分露出,制件会被嵌在上模部分的落料凹模内,回程时由刚性推件装置将制件推下,冲裁件在冲裁过程中对制件不起到压紧的作用。

为了操作方便和生产安全,一般选用倒装式复合模。

3、成型零件的设计主要零件的固定形式和镶块间的相对位置关系,按照要求设计好落料孔和刚性推件,型芯尺寸应该要和落料孔有一定的尺寸精度,保证能够顺利的落料;有折弯工序时,折弯凸起部分也应该设计成圆角,防止产生回弹。

第2章主要的设计及计算2.1 毛坯尺寸的计算:(1)选取修边余量:查表得,当d t/d=76/51=1.49时,修边余量δ=3.0mm,d t=76+3.0=79mm。

(2)初算毛坯直径:D=(d t2+4d1h1-3.44d1*r)1/2=(792+4*51*15-3.44*51*2.7)=94mm (3)确定能否一次性拉深出来;h/d=13.5/51=0.265,d t/d1=79/51=1.569,t/D=1.5/94=0.016查表得:h1/d1=0.29~0.35﹥h/d=0.265,所以能一次性拉深出来。

2.2 确定排样方:工件毛坯直径为94mm尺寸比较大,考虑操作方便采用单排。

排样图如下:查有关表得相关搭边值:工件间a=2mm,侧面a1=1.5mm。

则近距A=d0+a1=94+1.5=95.5mm,料宽B=d0+2a=94+2*2=98mm。

2.3 材料利用率的计算:材料的利用率η=nA/Bh *100%=75.9%2.4 各工序的冲压力计算外圆落料力计算:F落=kltτb=1.3*3.14*94*1.5*353=203173N材料的抗剪强度τb 查表得τb =353MPa冲孔力计算:F冲=Kltτb=1.3*2*3.14*2.5*1.5*353=2161N拉深力计算:=Kπd1tσb=0.6*3.14*52.5*1.5*300=44510N查表得材料抗拉强度σb=300MP,修正系数K=0.6压边力计算:F压=AP=π[(d t1/2)2-(d1/2)2]*P=3.14*【382-26.252】*2.8=6637N翻边力计算:圆孔初始直径:d0=D1 -【π(r+t0/2)+2h1】D1=d m+2r+t0,h1=h-r-t0。

算的d0=5mm。

d m=10.5mm。

2.7 压力中心的确定该零件时圆形结构对称件,起压力中心位于圆形轮廓的几何中心上。

2.8拉深工作零件尺寸的计算拉深模的间隙Z=t max+Ct,Z=(1~1.1)t,所以Z=1.05*1.5=1.575mm。

查表的拉深模的制造公差:δd=0.05,δp=0.03.D p=(d+0.4△)=52.5560-0.03D d=(d+0.4△+2Z)=55.7060+0.05第5章主要零部件的设计3.1 工作零件的结构设计拉深凸模的设计:L=H台+H凹+H低=8+50-3=55mm H台————凸模固定板台阶的厚度H凹————落料凹模的厚度H低————凸模低于落料凹模的厚度落料凹模的设计:H=L拉深-H台+H低=55-8+3=50mm冲孔凸模的设计:L=h1+h2+h=30+18+17=65mmh1——凸模固定板厚度h2——卸料板厚度h—附加长度。

包括凸模的修模量,凸模进入凹模的深度和凸模固定板的安全距离等。

通常去15~20mm。

翻边凹模的设计:H翻=H凸-9=65-9=56mm凹模镶块的设计:3.2 上、下模座上下模座的选用:根据落料凹模的周界尺寸,查《冲压手册》【6】P591页相关资料,同时为了安装方便,故采用后侧导柱式模架,按相关资料则设计上模座为GB/T2855-5,200×200×50㎜,下模座为200×200×60㎜的规格,其他结构的尺寸值不变。

所用材料为HT200,模座的上、下表面的平行度要求为4级,孔和上、下基面的垂直度为4级,上、下模座表面粗糙度Ra取1.6=um,其余表面取Ra=3.2um。

3.3 压力机的选择冲压设备的选择及校核考虑各因素,取一安全系数0.7。

压力机的工称压力F≥F总/0.7=279.5/0.7 = 398.5KN。

故压力机的工称压力要大于398.5KN,查表选用J23—40F。
