她也是英联邦元首。
2)英国首相戴维·卡梅伦(David William Donald Cameron,1966年10月9日-)出生于英国的一个贵族家庭,具有纯正的英国王室血统,是英国自1812年以来最年轻的首相.。
3)英国国旗:英国国旗:综合了原英格兰(白地红色正十字旗)、苏格兰(蓝地白色交叉十字旗)和爱尔兰(白地红色交叉十字旗)的旗帜标志。
现国旗的白边红色正十字代表英格兰守护神圣乔治,白色交叉十字代表苏格兰守护神圣安德鲁,红色交叉十字代表爱尔兰守护神圣帕特里克英国国旗,俗称“米字旗“,正式称呼是“the Union Flag",也常常称为“the Union Jack"。
Jack 是海军用语,指悬挂在舰首的旗帜。
Union Flag是意为“联合旗帜”。
英国国旗上的十字分别代表英格兰守护神圣乔治、苏格兰守护神圣安德鲁以及爱尔兰守护神圣帕特里克。

安装在西敏寺桥北议会大厦东侧高95米的钟楼上,钟楼四面的圆形钟盘,直径为6.7米,是伦敦的传统地标。
2012年6月,英国宣布将把伦敦著名地标“大本钟”的钟楼改名为“伊丽莎白塔”。
开放时间6) London Eye伦敦眼(英文名:The London Eye),全称英国航空伦敦眼(The British Airways London Eye)又称千禧之轮,坐落在伦敦泰晤士河畔,是世界第四大摩天轮,是伦敦的地标之一,也是伦敦最吸引游人的观光点之一。
伦敦眼于1999年年底开幕,总高度135米(443英尺)。
伦敦眼共有32个乘坐舱,全部设有空调并不能打开窗。
每个乘坐舱可载客约15名,回转速度约为每秒0.26米,即一圈需时30分钟。
7) River Thames泰晤士河(Thames River)是英国著名的“母亲”河。
发源于英格兰西南部的科茨沃尔德希尔斯,全长402公里,横贯英国首都伦敦与沿河的10多座城市,流域面积13000平方公里,在伦敦下游河面变宽,形成一个宽度为29公里的河口,注入北海。
在伦敦上游,泰晤士河沿岸有许多名胜之地,诸如伊顿、牛津、亨利和温莎等。
泰晤士河的入海口充满了英国的繁忙商船,然而其上游的河道则以其静态之美而著称于世。
在英国历史上泰晤士河流域占有举足轻重的地位。
8) Tower Bridge伦敦塔桥是从英国伦敦泰晤士河口算起的第一座桥(泰晤士河上共建桥15座),也是伦敦的象征,有“伦敦正门”之称。
该桥始建于1886年,1894年6月30日对公众开放,将伦敦南北区连接成整体。
9) Westminster Bridge威斯敏斯特跨河大桥大桥,又名西敏寺大桥,是连接伦敦泰晤士河、大本钟旁的大桥便是威斯敏斯特跨河大桥。
两岸的28座大桥之一,因著名的威斯敏斯特大教堂而得名。
大桥北岸的名胜古迹不断:伦敦塔、圣保罗大教堂、国会大厦、大本钟等等。
