1.2 中小型企业财务管理中存在的问题
⑴财务管理理念滞后,而且方法保守
中小型企业由于管理者自身知识水平的限制,使得企业的管理能力和管理质量较低。

建立中小型企业的发展基金,加快提升中小型企业的信用担保体系,为中小型企业理性融资服务。
