2014年河南省初中毕业生学业考试说明与检测——英语第一部分考试范围与要求考试内容与要求以教育部制定的九年义务教育全日制初级中学《英语课程标准(实验稿)》为主要依据，着重考查学生在语境中合理运用语言的能力。
听力试题采用对话、独白、短文的形式，考查学生对口头语言材料的理解能力以及从口头语言材料中获取信息的能力；同时还考查学生对信息进行判断、归纳、综合及根据信息实际操作的能力。
对语言知识的考查注重学生语言知识的运用能力，即在一定的语境中运用语音知识。

三年级英语试卷说明
一、考试性质和依据
海淀区小学三年级英语学科学业质量监测的性质是检测三年级学生英语学学习是否达到国家课程标准要求的学业水平测试，是评价三年级英语教学质量的手段之一。
本监测面向海淀区三年级全体学生，以国家英语课程标准一级总目标和一级知识、技能、文化、策略和情感态度的分级标准，以人民教育出版社义务教育课程《英语新起点》实验教材中三年级下册及相关内容为考试依据。
二、测试范围和结构
作为水平测试的学业检测，该测试涉及三年级下学期教科书中的内容占测试总成绩的90%，具体是：Unit9 My School Unit10 My Classes Unit 11 After School Activities Unit13 My Home Unit14 My Family Unit15 Family Activities 和10% 的以往各册教材中学过的相关知识。
测试分为三部分：口语测试20分、听力测试40分和读写测试40分，总分100分。
试题易、中、难题的比例为6:3:1。
三、测试题型和注意事项
1.题型说明
1）口试部分（权重20%，分三部分；满分20分；口试时间5分钟）
2）笔试部分（权重80%，分两部分：听力测试和读写测试，考试时间50
分钟）
听力测试 40分分五部分
①听单句选图（听单句，图画二选一，考察词）
②听句子判断正误（听十句话，给图画画勾叉）
③听句子图连线（听单句，图与图连线，考察句子理解）
④听故事给图标号（听故事，为图画标出先后顺序号，考察理解故事）
⑤听句子画图涂颜色（听句子完成任务，考察听音做事的能力）
读写测试 40分分六部分
①读句子判断词（读句子，看图，判断词，考察借助图画指认单词的能力）
②看图读句子判断（判断句子对错，考察借助图认读理解句子的能力）
③读问句选答句（读文句，选择恰当的答语，考察功能句型的理解）
④读短文选图片（读短文，选择正确的图片，考察对语段的阅读理解能力）
⑤读故事标图号（读故事，给图画标出先后顺序号，考察理解故事情节）
⑥填写字母（考察字母在字母表中顺序，在四线三格中规范抄写字母的能
力）
⑦填写单词或短语，完成答句（考察在四线三格上规范书写单词和句子的
能力）
3.注意事项：
1）笔试要求学生带红色、蓝色彩笔参加考试。
2）笔试50分钟。

不含口试时间，口语测试试卷发给各个学校，由学校具体掌握，组织在笔试前提前完成。

3）听力材料及录音发给各校，由各校英语教师组织学生完成听力测试。
4）试卷统一印制，发放给各学区及各校。
