当幸福来敲门英文影评(范文)第一篇:当幸福来敲门英文影评(范文)The Pursuit of HappynessRecently, I have saw a movie in English optional course, named “The Pursuit of Happyness”, I was impressed by the film.It is said that the film based on a true story. The hero of the story is an American blacks investment expert named Chris Gardner. The movie mainly tells a story of Chris grow from the deadbeat company salesman into a well-known financial investors. In his life ,Chris Gardner have to go on hospitals every day, by selling bone density scanners. And his perseverance and smart, make he get a internship opportunities to securities company. But interns have 20 people, they have to work without pay for six months, finally can only one person be hired, it is really difficult for Chris Gardner. At this time, his wife can't stand the poor life, went to New York alone.Because of extreme poverty ,Chris Gardner and his son lost their homes live a life of running here and there. He sells bone density scanner as a daliy spending and then he must go to church to be a church relief housing. And Chris Gardner is very optimistic, and educated his son don't lose heart.Relyon his own efforts, Chris Gardner finally stand out access to the stock broker's work, and he set up his own company later. With a deep impression in the movie is that Chrise’s life attitude :for dream never give up.On the basketball court he educate his son.He said “Don't ever let somebody tell you, you can't do something, not even me.You got a dream, you gotta protect it.People can't do something by themselves, they wanna tell you you can not do it.If You want something.Go get it!” weare unique and we all hold a dream and do what you want do ,and do your best ,don’t ever l et somebody tell you that you can’t do something. If you want something , no matter how hard the process go and get it.As long as we don't give up, we will win finally. And no matter how hard the life was, Chris never leave his son, his family or his brief behind.Even they had to spend the night living in the public toilet.Although under great pressure , Chris chose to stick it out, and fight for what he known he could do for him and for his son.He is strong in spirit whatever barriers he meet.He just continued his work and never stopped struggle.but it looks like that god likes to play tricks with him he had gone through more hardships than others before the final success. It is said that the move is from a true story ,so we should believe the sentence that “Everything is possible”.In the end Chris finally made his dream come true ,he became a stockbroker. As for us , I believe if we never give up, our dream can come true one day.The Pursuit of Happyness is really an excellent movie , after watching it , My hear t can’t calm down for a long time.it makes me see the hero's optimism, strong, confident, and never give up, but also realized the world indifference, helpless and difficult.Business failure, wife's abandonment, the distress of life does not beat the hero.On the contrary, suffering experience makes him become more self-confident, firm faith, never give up when he in trouble. Finally when the happiness comes to, he firmly grasp his own happiness.I think Chris is a good example for all of us ,just be optimistic and go to realize your dream. In this world, everything is a process from quantitative change to qualitative change, so happy, when we envy other people lucky at the same time, may not be seen in the process of it along the way, how much toothers. When we were watching TV when we are in the entertainment, when we are in chat...Perhaps others are working on business, perhaps is to get specialized knowledge, may be to target a fight...We often only see others successful phenomenon, seldom see someone behind the success of hard. One hundred people, one hundred people different way of life, and there are one hundred kinds of different interpretations of happiness, you choose what kind of life, what kind of action is required. So don't blindly admire others' success, if you want to succeed, if you also want to do their own happiness, then start from every little bit, starts from the nearest target, insist!Insist on!Hold on!When happiness to knock at the door one day, you can not hesitate to hold her, at that time, you also will become the eyes of others. The film has taught me a lot, not only the attitude when faced with unfortunate , but also let me understand the true meaning of happiness that is between family members.Your happiness depends on our own to pursue.Time goes by, how was yesterday? Only we know, today what I have to hold.As long as we are holding the attitude like this: “Everything will be ok”, believe that and work hard, we will have our own happiness!第二篇:《当幸福来敲门》英文影评A Review of《The Pursuit of Happiness》I have seen《The Pursuit of Happiness》 several days ago , but I can‟t forget Chris and his spirits until now.To be honest , this move is really a big shock to me , and the strong power in Chris has been influencing me all the time.Characters and the climate There are mainly three characters : Chris Gardner、Christopher、Linda ,and the leading character is Chris Gardner ,the father. The whole atmosphere is positive ,though there is a large part describing the bitter struggles of Chris ,hisspirit is inspiring , and there is no disappear but hope and stable belief in happiness.Development of eventsThe story of Chris Gardner is divided into six part ,I will introduce them one by one.Part one : Riding the bus It was in San Francisco 1981, Chris spent all his money ,but he can‟t earn enough for the rent and kindergarten , his life was difficult.Part two: Being stupid In this part ,Chris had to apply for a work as a stock woker ,so he left the medical equipment with a girl ,but the girl took it away!what a accident!Part three : Running He ran after the girl who had stolen the equipment ,finally ,he took it back ,another situation is that he had no money for happiness.Part six : Happiness It was an exciting part ,Chris was succeed ,and he did it finally ,he became a successful stock worker! My views on the storyAfter the move ,I thought of many things :we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equally , that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights ,that among these are life ,liberty and the pursuit of happiness.I think Chris must have read the above paragraph for many times and believed it unswervingly. At the beginning of the move, after Chris has sent Christopher to the kindergarten , he saw a wrong word on the wall ,and said the famous sentence : There is no …Y‟ in happiness ,the only thing we can do is striving for our own happiness voluntarily.Just like Chris do.The silly scene of taking a bus was a part of Chris Gardner‟s life , in the move , Chris Gardner ,a poor father ,who had his wife left him ,because she could‟t handle her life without financial security.while Chris was selling medical equipment to doctors , she decided get away from her poor family.Although under great pressure , Chris chose to stick it out, and fight for what he known he can do ,for him ,and for his son.He is strong in spirit ,whatever barriers he meet ,he just continued his work and never stopped running.but it looks like that god likes to play tricks with him , he had gone through more hardships than you can‟t do something. If you want something ,go and get it.It is said that the move is from a true story ,so we should believe the sentence that “Everything is possible”.Like Chris‟s forefathers ,who posses the desire and the passion to live it ,who dream the American dream. In the end he finally made his dream come true ,he became a banker.“Hey ,dad ,listen to this ,knock, knock ”I know who wasthere.he was happiness. The Pursuit of Happiness is really an excellent move , after watching it ,I can‟t calm my heart down for a long time, there are tears on my face ,but smile in my heart ,I think Chris is a good example for all of us ,just be optimistic and go to realize your dream.2、I have seen a inspirational film, called “the pursuit of happiness ”.It is based on a true story of the Chris is a good example for all of us ,just be optimistic andgo to realize your dream. The movie “The Pursuit of Happiness”, Will Smith portrays Chris Gardner, aman pursuing a dream.Gardner is a salesman for a piece of medical equipment whichis too expensive for what it is worth. After going months without any sales, his wife decides to start a better life, leaving him alone to raise their son, Christopher(Jaden Smith). After Gardner's wife leaves, he continues to try to sell the medical device. He then sees an opening to his future as a stock broker. The only problem is that, in order to be considered for the job, he must complete a highly competitive, six-month, unpaid internship. He does everything he can to prove to his boss, himself, and his son, that he can be a better man, even if this means living in hotels, homeless shelters, or even the bathroom of a subway station. While completing the internship, he continues to attempt to sell the equipment to make ends meet and pay for his son's day care. This is a classic story of a family living in poverty working their way up the social ladder towards happiness, and doing whatever it takes to reach the top.One of the main messages of “The Pursuit of Happiness” is 'never give up.' Chris Gardner goes from just barely having enough money to pay the rent to having nothing but the clothes on his back, and the love and faith of his son.Gardner was able to dodge anything and everything that life threw at him and became a top stock broker. This film is not as much about finding a job and making money as much has a lot on its mind but mostly this: If America is about the promise of bettering oneself, why does it have to be so freaking hard? In the movie, Jefferson's Declaration of Independence words about happiness kept recurring to Chris Gardner.Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living.Chris saw a bunch ofsuits, mostly male, pouring out of the Dean Witter Reynolds brokerage firm in downtown San Francisco. They all looked “happy,” “Why not me? “ Christ wondered. He did have an adorable boy, Christopher, but wife Linda was becoming a scarecrow of overworked anxiety. Finally, his wife left Christ because of life pressure, leaving him and her five-year-old son, Christopher. And naturally, Christ became a single father. With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They became homeless. They slept in asylum, subway station public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing, but for his son‟s future, for his own belief, Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness would come one day if he worked hard enough today. With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all.So on one hand, Christ had to work hard to make a living;on the other hand, he had to fight for his intern work, since only one of the twenty interns would succeed finally.Besides, he had to take good care of his son after day care. However, Christ made it with his amazing willpower.Christ was unfortunate, for he got a wife who was not understandable at all(though she has her own difficulties)and was in bad luck with his business. But he was very fortunate also, for he got a son who was very thoughtful and, I think, tough life experiences always make a great person. It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me most are: Christ‟s wife left him because of life pressure;Christ‟s love to his son and Christ‟s strong belief towards life.Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love cannot onlymake everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable.第三篇:《当幸福来敲门》的英文影评《当幸福来敲门》的英文影评Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a struggling sales man that is doing everything he can to keep his act together, however, lately he makes little to no money and the bills keep piling up.His wife, tired of the situation leaves him and goes to New York to work in a restaurant.Subsequently everything that could go wrong does go wrong and Chris and his young son end up homeless. Now his only hope is to succeed at a stockbroker internship at Dean Witter and be chosen to work there which would turn his life around...Based on a true story, The Pursuit of Hapyness has all the right ingredients, plus Will Smith's performance is not only perfect but probably the best of his career. He may not choose his films very wisely but the man can definitely act,for instance, there's a very emotional scene towards the end of the movie,it lasts less then a minute but it is some of the finest acting I've seen lately. The on-screen chemistry between Will Smith and Jayden Smith is great and makes the viewer really care and root for the characters.Overall its a great story of hope, of working hard to achieve things,of not giving up...I dare you to watch this movie and not feel like you can do more in your life, that you can and should go after your dreams and not settle for anything less.(ZZ from IMDB)第四篇:当幸福来敲门影评《当幸福来敲门》---影评生命科学与化学学院应用化学2011061334王晓霞幸福,我们是如此想享受它带来的那片刻温柔。
英语影评 当幸福来敲门
The comment on film——《The Pursuit of Happiness》The Pursuit of Happiness is an inspirational movie which narrates a story that a father,Chris Gardner, succeeds in business regardless of the failure of marriage and constantly strikes and hits in jobs.Chris is a clever salesman who is always hardworking. Despite his diligence in work, he can’t make ends meet, thus his wife leaves him and his 5-year-old son. Lost in business, becoming a single father, Chris can’t live an easy life. There is only 21 dollars in his account . With no money to pay his rent, he and his son have to move out of the apartment. What impressed me most is that they even have to spend the night living in the park or the public toilet. Without money to pay for food, they stay in the line to accept handouts. No matter how hard their life is, his son always has faith in his father. Chris never feels upset in front of his son but bursts into tears silently. And he believes that as long as he works hard, the happiness is just around the corner.God helps whoever helps them, Chris eventually becomes a successful investment professionals.Although there is no appearance of beautiful actors andactresses, no great pictures and sweet moving background music, it is a good story that educates and impresses us deeply.I learn from the story that once you have a dream, you’ve got to protect it. People can't do something by themselves; they want to tell you can not do it. So don’t be afraid to realize your dream. If Y ou want something, Go get it!。

May be you have already seen the movie. But as for the spirit which can only described by the words, I have made a choice which is reading the book by myself. It?s a very famous story and many people are moved by this story. When I close my eyes and think about my real world. Is there any trouble that I can?t deal with exist? No, of cause not. Think about Chris Gardner, the hero of this book. How difficult thesituation is when he gets no job, no money?Chris hasn?t seen his father until the age of 28. So he swears that he must be a great father for his son ----Christopher. But thinking about his career and the badly-off current. He has to lead his kid hang out every hospital to sell the bone scanners for money. Accidentally, he knows that act as a bill broker merely calls for knowledge of numbers. So he tried to find a manager in this field who named Jay twistie. With the help of persistence, interesting words and a Rubik?s cube, he acquires a chance of being an intern in Jay?s company. But there is only one person from six interns can be hired after six months? non-wage work. It?s too difficult for Chris. At this moment, Chris? wife leaves them two and move to New York. In the cause of no enough money, Chris and his son lose their house. They even live in the publicwashroom. Everything comes to him who waits. Finally, Chris wins the job and creates his own company. Yes, he makes it!The major goal of studying hard in college is getting a great job when graduate. In my mind, after four-year-study, finding job is an unworried thing. Although we may find ourselves deeply in a terrible situation, it won?t be worse anymore. But what the hero has experienced completely turned my mind head to feet. We are those people who settling in a comfortable world——school. And it?s time to thinking about the way to facing up with the competitive, cure and variety of burden of society. This real story is the most impressive one for me. It is difficult to believe that the person who is the most successful business man used to sleeping in the washroom. Asfar as I?m consider, those troubles which occur on Chris are unbelievable, because it?s hard to image a people can overcome such difficult troubles. But Chris can make it! In the last few years, I have had to face many “tiny” troubles. I e ven have the thought of giving up. But now, I am not afraid of those troubles. And I believe this sentence: Everything comes to him who waits! The door of success which Chris opened evenly is not only his hope, but also the sign to everyone. Here are some sentences which may help everyone: Don?t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something, not even me. And this one: You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People can’t do something themselves, they wanna tell you y ou can’t do it. If you want something, go get it. Period. And please keep them in mind, then ?go get it?!篇二:《当幸福来敲门》的英文影评《当幸福来敲门》的英文影评Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a struggling sales man that is doing everything he can to keep his act together, however, lately he makes little to no money and the bills keep piling wife, tired of the situation leaves him and goes to New York to work in a everything that could go wrong does go wrong and Chris and his young son end up his only hope is to succeed at a stockbroker internship at Dean Witter and be chosen to work there which would turn his life around...Based on a true story, The Pursuit of Hapyness has all the right ingredients, plus Will Smith’s performance is not only perfect but probably the best of his may not choose his films very wisely but the man can definitely act,for instance, there’s a very emotional scene towards the end of the movie,it lasts less then a minute but it is some of the finest acting I’ve seen lately. The on-screen chemistry between Will Smith and Jayden Smith is great and makes the viewer really care and root for the its a great story of hope, of working hard to achieve things,of not giving up (I)dare you to watch this movie and not feel like you can do more in your life, that you can and should go after your dreams and not settle for anything less.(ZZ from IMDB)篇三:当幸福来敲门观后感(英文版)The reaction to the film>This film is about a poor father called Christ met his father atwanted to change the situation of the bought 50 bone scanners ,he wanted to sale these by 240 dollars to make a he of the doctors think it as a useless and expensive machine .Because of that ,Christ had to find out other ways to make it. 当幸福来敲门英语影评(原创)
Though I have seen the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness” several times, it could still impressed me deeply when I watched it last semester. Due to the charm of this movie, I decided to write something in my winter vacation. Now, I’d like to analyze this movie from four aspects: the nature of the film, development of events, characters and the climate and the significance it leaves to us.The nature of the film:The movie is inspired by a true story of Chris Gardner, who managed to pull himself and his young son up in the early 80s. It shows us how the protagonist struggles for a better life and pursues his happiness. It is a motivational film. Development of events:The story can be divided into six parts: riding the bus, being stupid, running, internship, paying taxes and happiness. First part introduces some basic information about protagonist’s life: everyday he tried his best to promote the equipment to doctors, but he could not earn enough for the rent and kindergarten--his life was not easy. In part two and three, in order to have a better life, Chris had to apply for a job as a stockbroker. We can call it the beginning of pursuing his happiness. The story developed in part four and five: Chris had to sell the equipment to paying all kinds of taxes while he got the job as a internship for six months without salary. Although there were many barriers, he carried on seeking for the happiness. The climax appeared in the sixth part: Chris became a successful stockbroker worker and he got the happiness. The movie attracts us by describing the story step by step which is the basic element of a wonderful movie. After watching the movie, the whole life of Chris has been impressed in our minds.Characters and the climate:This movie is starred by Will Smith who is a admirable and famous actor. He plays the character Chris as an energetic and talented man who never gives up. Though the subject of the movie is serious, the whole atmosphere is rather positive, and the film releases the energy by the perfect performance of the actor. Also there are two other characters :Christopher and Linda. They are good supporting roles who foilthe characteristic of the protagonist.Seen from the delicate relationship with his wife, his life seemed to be so helpless, that reflected his personalities and determination to pursue happiness. On the other hand, love for his son let him continue to adhere to his ideal.Significance:Jefferson's Declaration of Independence had promised three important rights for every person, but the happiness among them cannot be guaranteed. In the film, Chris had to work very hard to lead his family into a good life. However, no matter how hard he tried, he still could not get a better life or even made worse:his wife left him due to financial problem. Although encountering so many setbacks, he still insisted on and pursued happiness. With his great efforts, he realized his dream and leaded a happy life. There are some personalities accounting for his success: self-motivation, strong spirit and witty humor. Everyone yearns for success and happiness. So try to develop some advantages like Chris’s during our daily life while, in the meantime, we should believe that God is justice for us and happiness is not far from us.There is no doubt that we all know that a mother’s love is great, however, this film also shows the greatness of a father. Under such heavy life pressure, Chris still paid much attention to his son’s education and tried his best to make his son happy and let him keep childlike innocence. Watching Chris and his son walked with hand in hand happily in the end of the film, I was moved. So, as a son or daughter, we should learn to be thankful for our parents in our daily life.。
当幸福来敲门经典电影英文影评
当幸福来敲门英文影评(2006)With a title like The Pursuit of Happyness, you expect the characters to get to the promised land. They do, but if the journey matters more than the destination, this is a movie to skip. The Pursuit of Happyness is long, dull, and depressing. It expands into two hours a story that could have been told more effectively in one. This is not the feel-good movie of the season unless you believe that a few moments of good cheer can redeem 110 minutes of gloom. Sitting through The Pursuit of Happyness is a chore. Downbeat movies aren't inherently bad (in fact, many are powerful), but this one provides artificial characters in contrived circumstances. How is it that movies "inspired by a real story" often feel more fake than those fully embedded in the realm of fiction? Will Smith has generated Oscar buzz for his portrayal of Chris Gardner, the real-life guy whoserags-to-riches story forms the basis of the movie. (Impoverished guy becomes capitalist poster boy.) While it's fair to say that this is one of the best straight performances of Smith's career, it didn't blow me away. In and of itself, the acting, while effective, is not Best Actor material, but it wouldn't surprise me if the movie's prestige factor and Smith's popularity earn him a nod. Meanwhile, his female co-star, Thandie Newton, isn't going to be considered for any award. Newton spends about 90% of her screen time doing an impersonation of a harpy: screeching, bitching, and contorting her face into unpleasant expressions. Smith's son, Jaden, is okay as the movie's child protagonist; it's unclear whether his occasional deficiencies are the result of his acting, Steven Conrad's writing, or Gabriele Muccino's direction, but there's not much personality behind the cute features and curly hair.Chris Gardner (Will Smith) is down on his luck. It's 1981 San Francisco and his self-employed business of selling portable bone density scanners isn't doing well. His wife, Linda (Thandie Newton), does nothing but yell at him and give him a cold shoulder, and the lack of domestic harmony is impacting the disposition of his beloved son, Christopher (Jaden Christopher Syre Smith). That's when Chris' life turns into a country song. His wife leaves. He is evicted from his home. He goes to jail, neither passing GO nor collecting a much-needed $200. He gets hit by a car. He is robbed. He makes his son cry. He alienates a friend over $14. He gets to spend a night in the cleanest public restroom in the history of public restrooms. But there's a bright spot, although you need a dark-adapted eye to find it. Despite having no experience, Chris applies to enter an internship program at Dean Witter. He would appear to have no chance to get in until he amazes the head of the program (Brian Howe) by solving the Rubik's Cube puzzle in the back of a taxi cab. It's a blessing that the movie doesn't use a stock villain to impede Chris' herky-jerky trip to the top, because that would have tipped the movie into the empire of the unwatchable. However, the lack of a strong conflict makes the two-hour running length seem very long. Thankfully, there's also not much in the way of overt melodrama, but that could be a byproduct of having characters who are not deeply realized and have narrow emotional ranges. It's tough to connect with Chris and his son. Although they are played by a real-life father and son, there's no chemistry between them. We're constantly told how desperately Chris loves Christopher, but it takes a long time before we begin to buy it. Most of the time, Christopher seems like an annoying piece of baggage that Chris drops off at daycare when he has other things to do.The film's most compelling scenes are those that show Chris struggling to enter the rat race. Granted, this is no Glengarry Glen Ross, but it shows the pressure these salesmen are under and how important the contact lists are. In the overall scheme of things, however, these sequences are background noise. They are neither plentiful nor lengthy. The movie spends more time following Chris on his futile sales rounds for the bone density scanner than it does accompanying him during his broker training. The moral of the story is as trite as they come: don't let anyone convince you to give up on your dreams. Disney animated films have been doing this better for decades. The Pursuit of Happyness concludes with a caption that tells us what happens to Chris after the end of the movie; it promises a better story than the one we have just watched. The film is also marred by a persistent (although not verbose) voiceover that adds nothing to the story while frequently jerking us out of the experience of watching it. I don't need Will Smith telling me: "This part of the story is called 'riding the bus.'"This is the English-language debut of Gabriele Muccino, who has made a name for himself in Italian cinema. The Pursuit of Happyness has the kind of slow, drab tone one occasionally associates with a director raised outside of the Hollywood system. What can be an asset in some circumstances is a detriment in this one. The Pursuit of Happyness isn't enjoyable, and its meager pleasures, including the eventual "payoff," aren't enough to justify the unrelenting misery. The Pursuit of Happyness is competently made and gets lots of the details right, but when it comes to the emotional core of the story, it loses the pursuit and misses the "happyness."。

The Pursuit of HappinessHello, my dears, today I want to recommend an old movie - “The Pursuit of Happiness”. It is based on a true story of famous self-made millionaire –Chris Gardner. Will Smith garnered the Best Actor Oscar nomination for his role as Chris in the movie in 2006.The movie describes chris’ hard life from the very beginning. T o save money, he had to send his son Christopher to the kindergarten which is cheap but with poor quality run by ethic Chinese; to make money, he had to rush about selling the scanners which are expensive but useless to others, he had to pay for living, taxes, rent and so on. Life is really hard and things get worse. His wife Linda left him because she can’t endure the pressure of their poor life. With the failure of his business, Chris and his son were driven away from the flat because he had no money to pay for the rent. They became homeless. They slept in subway station, public bathroom, asylum, or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing.I never forget the sentence he ever said: “They all look so damn happy to me, why couldn’t I look like that?” However, with his great effort, Chris won a internship at Dean Witter without any payment. On one hand, Chris had to work hard to make a living; on the other hand, he had to fight for his intern work, since only one of the twenty interns would succeed finally. Besides, he had to take good care of his son after day care. Life is still hard, but for his son, for the happiness, he never gave up. He made it with his amazing willpower. After beginning his career at Dean Witter, Chris Gardner went on to found the investment firm Gardner Rich in 1987.He once said to his son: Don’t ever let somebody tell you, you can’t do something. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People who can’t do something themselves, they want to tell you you can’t do it. If you want something, go get it!”Just like he said, he was sticking. He always believes that he works hard enough today, happiness will come tomorrow. Where there is a will, there is a way. Finally, Chris got his own happiness. What’s happiness? Everybody has their own explanation and definition. If you get lost in the process of looking for happiness, this movie may help you to find your way back. It’s really an excellent film.。

The movie tol d me that we shoul d pursue the happiness on our own. When we face difficulties, we had better think about Chris’s situation, and I’m sure that nothing will hurt you anymore. I cringed throughout this movie. My stomach hurt. I winced, I cried, I hugged my knees to my chest. The movie is very accurate, but painful to watch. I hope a lot of rich peopl e, who think that they und erstand poverty, see it.This movie will be politically controversial. Chris Gardner, the hero of this movie .While there were a layoffs from his company l et him l ose the job, his own things went worse, he became no money to support his family. Gardner is a salesman for a piece of medical equipment which is too expensive for what it is worth. After going months without any sales, his wife coul dn’t tol erate it and d ecid es to start a better life, so she l eft, leaving him alone to raise their son, Christopher. At the same time, Gardner l ost his house, his bank account and the credit cards. After Gardner’s wife l eaves, he continues to try to sell the medical d evice. Forced to live out in the street with his only son, Gardner felt d esperate.Although the singl e father was so unlucky, in ord er to give his own son a good living condition, he did anyway to refresh himself to gain a new job and to make a good living. While compl eting the internship, he continues to attempt to sell the equipment to make ends meet and pay for his son's day care. This is a classic storyof a family living in poverty working their way up the social ladder towards happiness, and d oing whatever it takes to reach the top, whatever barriers he meet ,he just continued his work and never stopped running .but it l ooks like that god likes to play tricks with him , he had gone through more hardships than others before the final success .After the movie, I thought of many things: We hol d these truths to be self-evid ent, that all men are created equal, that they are end owed by their Creator with certain unalienabl e rights, that among these are Life, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. The movies The Pursuit of Happiness is not as much about finding a job and making money as much as a lot on its mind but mostly this: If America is about the promise of bettering oneself, why d oes it have to be so freaking hard? In the movie, Jefferson's Declaration of Ind epend ence words about happiness kept recurring to Chris Gardner. Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still coul d hardly make a living. Chris saw a bunch of suits, mostly mal e, pouring out of the Dean Witter Reynolds brokerage firm in d owntown San Francisco. They all l ooked “happy,” “Why not me? “ Christ wond ered. He did have an ad orabl e boy, Christopher, but wife Linda was becoming a scarecrow of overworked anxiety. Finally, his wife l eft Christ because of life pressure, l eaving him and her five-year-ol d son, Christopher. And naturally, Christ became a singl e father. With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They became homeless. They sl ept in asylum, subway station public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The d estitution of life was absolutely d epressing, but for his son's future, for his own belief, Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness woul d come one day if he worked hard enough today. With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all. So on one hand, Christ had to work hard to make a living; on the other hand, he had to fight for his intern work, since only one of the twenty interns would succeed finally. Besid es, he had to take good care of his son after day care. However, Christ mad e it with hisamazing willpower. Christ was unfortunate, for he got a wife who was not und erstandabl e at all (though she has her own difficulties) and was in bad luck with his business. But he was very fortunate also, for he got a son who was very thoughtful and, I think, tough life experiences always make a great person. It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie d oes inspire me a l ot. What impressed me most are: Christ's wife l eft him because of life pressure; Christ's l ove to his son and Christ's strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only l ove cannot only make everything. And I also l earn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensabl e.It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie d oes inspire me a l ot. I like to watch The Pursuit of Happiness and from Gardner, who realized that what to d o is the real men and how to become a good father, This is a great father to his son's care and education Christopher In many cases, we woul d like to see a movie may be silly to pass the time, saying that some of the good, or it may be trained to listen to hearing English spoken. This inspirational film, I l ook at it with the problem. What I can l earn from d espair to find hope. In mod ern society, we have no choice but to work hard, as l ong as sol ely, nothing is insurmountabl e unl ess heaven or hell. Christopher's cute in his ignorance and innocence which Christopher has always been the man coul d in his father through thick and thin, no complaints. I'm impressed the most is his father said to him "I trust you", I think this is that they are abl e to Gardner in countl ess ting in front of the biggest setbacks from the power and reason.Storms always give way to the sun. What is the secret ingredient of toughpeopl e that enabl es them to succeed? Why d o they survive the tough times when others are overcome by them? Why d o they win when other sink? It's all in how they perceive their probl ems. A problem-free life is an illusion—a mirage in the d esert. But every mountain has a peak, every valley has its l ow point. Life has its ups and d owns, its peaks and its vall eys, we can turn your pain into profanity or into poetry, we can choose how you will react to it. 当幸福来敲门英文影评当幸福来敲门英文影评【一】If youve ever been poor, this movie may be hard to watch. It depicts poverty in America in gut wrenchingly accurate ways. Ive been as poor as Chris Gardner, and, like him, Ive been poor among very rich people in the Bay Area while trying to work my way up.Chris Gardner is a loving father and failing businessman. He is chosen for a competitive internship at Dean Witter, a stock brokerage. The internship, which offers Chris a very long shot at a better life, doesnt pay any salary. Chris has to live without a salary for six months while risking just about everything for that long shot gamble.Chris is really smart. He can solve a Rubriks cube in minutes. But, hes poor. Poverty, like an octopus, keeps trying to suck him down to the bottom, and make him stay there. His car is towed. His wife walks out on him, leaving him with a five year old son. He is arrested for unpaid traffic tickets. He becomes homeless. He has to rely on a homeless shelter. All this while, he must appear for work in the morning in a suit and tie, and be ready to charm some of the wealthiest and most powerful people in the Bay Area. These people take wealth so much for granted that two of them stiff him for cab fare.Having lived through similar experiences, I cringed throughout this movie. My stomach hurt. I winced. I cried. I hugged my knees to my chest. The movie is very accurate, but painful to watch. I hope a lot of rich people, who think that they understand poverty, see it.This movie will be politically controversial. First of all, it doesnt touch the race issue with a ten foot pole. For example, when Chris appears to stiff a taxi driver for fare (it was really the rich white guy who failed to pay), the taxi driver never uses the "n" word. In real life, I think he probably would have.Is the movie afraid to talk about race, or does it not want to? I dont know, but I know that some will protest the movies not shoving race in the movie goers face. Im not one of those people. The movies approach to race -- treating it as almost incidental -- worked for me. As a poor white person, I can tell you that poor white people face the same obstacles Chris did.Second, does the movie sell the message that if you work hard, you will succeed, no matter what, and does that message tell the truth about success in America? I think that the movie is open to interpretation. Some will see it as an indictment of poverty in America. The scene of carefree rich people driving past the line to get into a homeless shelter is pretty devastating. Other people will become angry because they believe that the movies depiction of hard work leading to rewards, in some cases, is too facile. I disagree, but thats what youll hear.Third, is this movie meant to chastise black men who abandon their children? Chris is a role model exactly because he moves heaven and earth to be a good father to his son. This will be debated back and forth. The movie has a big philosophical statement to make, that has been lost on many reviewers, for example, Richard Schickel in TIME.Chris is shown running throughout the movie. Remember the title of the movie: "The PURSUIT of Happiness." Chris places emphasis on "pursuit." Jefferson, when he penned the Declaration of Independence, did not promise Americans happiness, but only the right to pursue it. Chris says, at one point in the movie, paraphrase, "I am happy right now. It is a fleeting moment." We experience happiness in eyeblinks. The rest of the time we, like Chris, are chasing after it.当幸福来敲门英文影评【二】In preparation for writing this comment, which I am compelled to write for reasons which will become clear, I read a fair few of the major critics to see, if on this occasion, they had seen and felt what I had.James Bernadelli suggests this film should be known as the "Pursuit of Richness"; another column I have read suggests that themoney-will-solve-your-problems resolution is depressing and not the message Hollywood (or art in general) should be trying to put across.I ask myself when the last occasion might have been that any of these critics genuinely had to :spoiler: run, under painful, embarrassing duress, from a cab - because they didnt have the money; or when the forces of life seemed to conspire against them so unfairly that they broke down in tears. Spoiler: when your wealthy boss, who you CANNOT disappoint, asksyou to borrow the last five dollars in your wallet, and you know that that money is all you have in the world - to feed your family, to pay your gas.You go through times in life when you feel that things couldnt possibly get worse - and then they do - and then they do again. Sometimes, (like Chris and son at the beach towards the end of the film) you just want to get away from it all, other times you cry. Sometimes, and this is rare, you laugh - because if you dont youll cry. You know that if you let it all become too much, you will sink to the bottom of the sea.Chris Gardner (not the real one perhaps, but the one in this movie) is my personal hero; my shining example; my inspiration - the guy that never allows himself to sink - even when he can feel his shoelaces trailing on the seabed.I realised as I was watching this film that I was watching another me, so I never once stopped rooting for Chris. When he :spoiler: fixes the scanner in the shelter, I felt like I had fixed it.Im still working on getting the job that earns me enough to have a less painful life - when Chris finally achieves it, I want it for him so badly that I feel it in the very fibre of my being.I suppose that it doesnt matter that much that Chris wants to succeed as much for his son as for himself. In a way, the fact that Chris has a son makes this movie emotionally frightening and if (and only if) our basest fears are being toyed with by the director, it is only in exactly the same way that we sometimes look up in to the sky and say - like Jim Carrey in "Bruce Almighty" - is there anything else you could possibly do to me today? In my life, God doesnt appear and explain why he keepstoying with me. The truest belief is in oneself and one must never lose it.I adore this movie and I couldnt be more grateful for its existence. It comes at a time when I need it most. Its message: Keep going - never, ever give up.And so I come back to those reviewers. Money certainly doesnt mean happiness in this existence, but no money, in this cruel capitalist world, can cost you your life. Do not be judgmental of those who want more, it might just be enough to pay for their son to eat, to keep a roof over his head, to keep their dignity. This film is not about rags-to-riches as some reviewers have said. Its not about the American dream either. It is about dignity and integrity and how money (or lack thereof) could easily strip you of both.Chris Gardner never loses either and for this, he is an inspiration to us all.。

《当幸福来敲门》的英文影评Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a struggling sales man that is doing everything he can to keep his act together, however, lately he makes little to no money and the bills keep piling up.His wife, tired of the situation leaves him and goes to New Y ork to work in a restaurant.Subsequently everything that could go wrong does go wrong and Chris and his young son end up homeless. The on-screen chemistry between Will Smith and Jayden Smith is great and makes the viewer really care and root for the characters.Overall its a great story of hope, of working hard to achieve things,of not giving up... I dare you to watch this movie and not feel like you can do more in your life, that you can and should go after your dreams and not settle for anything less.(ZZ from IMDB)。

"Happiness is knocking on the door" is a movie that truly touched my heart. The story revolves around Chris Gardner, a struggling salesman facing financialdifficulties and personal hardships. Despite all the setbacks, he never gives up on his dream of a better life for himself and his son.The movie beautifully portrays the journey of Chris as he overcomes countless obstacles, including homelessness and joblessness, to eventually achieve success and happiness. His determination and resilience are truly inspiring. One of the scenes that resonated with me the most is when Chris and his son are forced to spend the night in a homeless shelter. Despite their dire circumstances, Chris remains optimistic and tries to reassure his son thateverything will be alright. This moment reflects the strength of their bond and Chris's unwavering love for his son.Another memorable scene is when Chris finally lands an internship at a prestigious stock brokerage firm after months of hard work and perseverance. His joy and sense of accomplishment are palpable, and it's impossible not to feel happy for him.The movie teaches us that happiness is not just about material wealth or external circumstances; it's about finding fulfillment and purpose in life, no matter what challenges we may face. never imagined it would impress and encourage me so much until I watch it.The Pursuit of Happines is a great movie filmed in 2006 according to a true story that a poor man named Chris Gardner who is out of work and supports his home only by selling bone-density scanners which is not so popular as he thought. One day his wife left him because they could not afort their rent and taxes and life had became so hard. Then he and his son were expelled by his host. They were homeless, sleeping in the subway,in the toilet and begging a bed in the church.Even so,despite how desperate Chris was,he never stopped loving, protecting and cheering up his son.During that hard time,Chris met a man smiling out of a super car and people around him was as happy as him.He asked the man what he does and the man told him he was a stockbroker.Since then he determined to be a stockbroker and pursuit his happiness. He try to seek the opportunity to meet the leaders of the stockbroker company and show his talent and determination to him. Finally he got the opportunity to be one of 20 interships of that company for a 6-month training without salary.Life becames harder for him as not only did he have to contact with hundreds of clients everyday, study for his test, but also he had to pick up his son from nursery, hurry to the line in front of the church for a bed, take a good care of him,and run to sell the scanner for their living.Although had experienced failure and insult so many times,Chris never gave up.In the end,he beated the other 19 men and got the job as a stockbroker, and so the happiness came to him as he had expected. It is a story with a satisfatory ending but a long and hard development.Life is hard, and happiness will not come to you in vain.Just like the sentence that the movie cites from The Declaration of Independence says,’everyone has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Why Thomas Jefferson put a’pursuit’part in there? The hero thought maybe happiness is the thing that we can pursuit but will never get.The truth is,from the whole movie we can learn, that happiness is the thing someone can get only by pursuit, harder and harder, never giving up.That’s what the movie mainly tells us,and what moves me most.Besides the encouraging theme, another part that touch my heart is the father’s love. After searching some background I learn that the hero Chris and his son Christopher in the movie are also father and son in real life.I think that’s a main reason why they play it so naturally and moving. The movie start with a shot that Chris went to pick up Christopher, and every time when Chris stayed with his son,the air became warm and happy.Chris taught his son to be strong and determined when they were playing basketball, and his son tells Chris some jokes when they were coming home.I almost cried when I watch two moments when they stayed with each other. One is when they were sleeping in the toilet of the subway. The father told his son they had got into a cave through a time machine to comfort him,and held him tightly as he fell asleep. When some one hit the door of the toilet trying toget in,he tightly cover his son’s ears in case of waking him up.In orther not to be expelled out,he propped the door with his foot, quiet, shivering, with his tear running down his cheek. That really makes me see how great a father’s love can be.The other part is when they are in the church at night.Chris had to fix his scanner under the light in the stair, but his son in the bed wouldn’t like to let him leave.Chris told his son he would not go far and he can hear him when he calls. The son finally said,’I trust you.You are a really good papa’.I think it’s his son’s love and trust that give his strength and support him to go through every hardship to eventually get success.Poor and desperate at first, then trying to work hard to get the opportunity, and finally becoming rich and happy.Generally speaking, the Pursuit of Happiness is an ordinary type of inspirational film. But I don’t think it boring at all with so many funny episodes, such as magic cube in the taxi, hippies who stoles the scanner,a beggar who believe the scanner is a time machine and so on.And the soft pleasant background music makes me love the movie more. All of those imply people to be optimistic as the hero when they are going through hardships.Even though there is no delicious food,no comfortable bed,the life still goes on,and you have to believe everything will grow better through your effort.Just as the song in the movie,’Lord,do not move that mountain.Give me strenghth to climb it.’That’s a respectful will to pursuit happiness.Once we go though the mountain,we will find a beautiful garden, only which is our really life,a happy life.‘If you want something,go get it.Period.’Chris told his son.I want to say,if you want happiness, don’t let someone else tell you that you can’t.Go get it!第四篇:当幸福来敲门影评英文版I have seen a inspirational film, called "the pursuit of 当幸福来敲门观后感英文
当幸福来敲门观后感英文当幸福来敲门观后感英文800字(通用10篇)当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇1"The Pursuit of Happyness" is a simple inspirational movie. It is not pretty actors,no fancy pictures,no touching music, but can also attract you read on law-abiding,because it has good enough story, plain but not mediocre! Two of the film places the novel, though intentionally set,but that is not offensive, not far-fetched,pregnant with meaning.First:When Chris (Will Smith plays) to see graffiti in the "happyness" spelling error,he said these words:There is no y in happiness,There is i.(y or Why). This line is extremely clever setting,it also aims to express through the entire film.Yes,there is no happiness in the why,the only others only their own happiness. Why blame others than their own happiness is meaningless, only rely on their own can be happy.Second:when the movie started,Chris was in the crowd jammed the streets to push forward,in the smiling faces in only his bewildered, stood helpless with. And towards the end of the film,Chris was in the same place, look left to meet the emotional tears and applause for his rallying. In the calendar through suffering, sorrow, abandonment, abjection, helplessness, despair, aft er Chris with patience, hard work and attitude of never giving up in exchange for part of his life, the good old days.So in the moment through the probationary period,Chris is happy.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇2If youve ever been poor, this movie may be hard to watch. It depicts poverty in America in gut wrenchingly accurate ways. Ive been as poor as Chris Gardner, and, like him, Ive been pooramong very rich people in the Bay Area while trying to work my way up.Chris Gardner is a loving father and failing businessman. For example, when Chris appears to stiff a taxi driver for fare (it was really the rich white guy who failed to pay), the taxi driver never uses the “n” word. In real life, I think he probably would have.Is the movie afraid to talk about race, or does it not want to?I dont know, but I know that some will protest the movies notshoving race in the movie goers face. Remember the title of the movie: “The PURSUIT of Happiness.” Chris places emphasis on “pursuit.” Jefferson, when he penned the Declaration of Independence, did not promise Americans happiness, but only the right to pursue it. Chris says, at one point in the movie, paraphrase, “I am happy right now. It is a fleetin g moment.” We experience happiness in eyeblinks. The rest of the time we, like Chris, are chasing after it.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇3The classic literary works is full of spiritual strength toimpress people, "the pursuit of happyness" a small investment in the film, no special effects, gorgeous scenes, deep music, however, is relying on the simple story, everyone may experience and the feeling is enough to conquer Hollywood and the audience. The film brings us a lot of reflection, and here I focus on talking about the work team, the workplace some experience.Do not experience wind and rain, how can see the rainbow, plum flower. At the end of the movie Chris was officially informed when hiring, rapid red eyes, trembling hands, mouth repeated thanks, coming and going to the shuttle in the crowd, as at the moment part of my Narrator: This life, it called happiness! This is happiness, real happiness...... In these daily life, we all may know how to combine with the work and guide the actual work, which is worth thinking for every manager and the professionals. The management environment of enterprises in reality we will find how to motivate employees, allowing employees to work at the same time willingly and gladly, have a heart of Thanksgiving, there is an art. The film Chris finally get the opportunity to work when the efforts and hardships are from the heart, and we can see the job, the rules of the game is set up, which is six months without wages, 20 people selected one of the best performance, the rules for the participation of people sincerely convinced yuandufushu. It enlightens us that we do in the management incentive system when, how to ensure open, fair and let the athletic men fear the rules, respect the opponent to the achievements of the company, there is an old saying "no China homogene, Haidilao recently is an admirable enterprise employee the quality and benefits are not high, but the happiness is from the inside to convey to each customer, suppliers and even competitors, the industry have become theobject of imitation. The system is based on the design and management concept of human nature, based on the concern of human nature, and individuals believe that this is the cornerstone of it.How should I do the incentive from the company, I want to become resources stem from the company, the initiative, enthusiasm and initiative, "the pursuit of happyness" in which also shows its mysteries, when a bunch of intern experience of practical training day, director of the Office pointed across tell you the specific the task is what after all crazy rushed to the front line, because they know their every step, every call to myself what mean. There is a test of each management intelligence, when staff motivation, not only yourselves, also give the detailed scheme of bread, all the work will lay in a small flow, a telephone, a drawing, and at the same time, so that employees can clearly see their own efforts to how much harvest instead, their income allocate resources based on the persons mood and face. Experienced trainers know doing group activities assigned to the item if you can get the value of general play, props are very small, if the design of a small activity score and get the final props, props will be more attention and use up. It contains the commitment consistency of one of the six most important human influences in social psychology, that is, the more difficult it is to get a thing, the more attention it can get.Different people have different views, one thousand eyes of the audience have one thousand Hamlett, "when happiness to knock" this movie, I believe everyone will look after their thinking, do some personal views on humanity, fairness and initiative in this paper only from the incentive management system.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇4The movie is the cause of a man named Chris Gardiners father is not smooth, life, only everyday in major hospitals, by selling bone density scanner for students. He stumbled upon the fact that a stockbroker didnt necessarily need a college diploma, but he worked for it as long as he knew numbers and relationships. At the same time, his wife left him with the help of a small cube, it allows the examiner to him so he got to sit up and take notice, for a period of 6 months of training opportunities, but it also means that he will lose all income during this period, he hesitated, but finally decided to cherish this the opportunity. But heaven seemed to oppose him. One after another of the car tickets seized all his savings. Because of the lack of money, their father and son were once again homeless. Helpless, they had to find shelter. Every day, Chris carries his luggage to the training! Because the son, he orders for far less time than others, so he never rest, never stop, call the footsteps, is such a hard, love the child in his last won the leadership of the trust, won the precious opportunity to do as a stockbroker, he shouted to go on the streets, for their applause At the end of the film, the real hero of the story hits the soy sauce through the camera, and I sigh, "this is a successful man."!This story makes me feel great, in fact, our life is nothing more than that, who can not meet difficulties and setbacks, we should learn how to actively face him, rather than just escape. In our opinion, happiness means having fun every day, less homework, more efficiency and better grades! But at that time, that Chriss happiness is that his son can be happy, the family can eat and wear warm, but the premise of his happiness is to sell more bone scanner! Our happiness is the tentacle can obtain, but Chriss happiness is actually extremely difficult, his happiness hasnot come easy, that is he uses his two hands to toil laboriously!!Chris on the road to success, I met many stumbling blocks, Chris was forced to wander around, let me feel the most is the father and son have no place to shelter, went to the subway station toilet pad, a few papers, Chris holding his son, his son in his arms was asleep, he looked at his son. Face, looked up at the ceiling, a face of helpless, sad face, a face of helpless, he paid too much, but have too little, the difficulties he experienced is the ordinary people to understand his sufferings, maybe I have never met a not and his difficulties, unremittingly, for themselves and their families and hard work and courteous to others is what we should learn. We may not like Chris to become the worlds attention after the strong wind and big waves, people, but we can start from small things, for the sake of class, school and family, we can also become a hero!当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇5Happiness? Whenever I see these two words, there is always a nameless impulse in my heart, if I ask: Are you happy? Im afraid most people would say: Im happy. What is happiness? Happiness is the pursuit of ideals, family harmony, children well - behaved. If you dont think you are happy then go out of your way to let happiness knock on your door.Chris, the hero of The Pursuit of Happiness, is a clever salesman who works hard but can never make his family rich. His wife, Linda, held multiple jobs by herself, but finally could not bear the pressure of life and left. His career failed. Chris was forced to pay taxes by the government after he sold all the money for the scanner. Fortunately, After a lot of hard work, Chris finally got an internship with a stock investment company. Therewas no salary during the internship, and very few people would be hired. But Chris knew that this was his last chance. Although the poverty of his life was devastating, Chris worked his way up to become a successful investment specialist.Chris is a man who dares to face reality and accept responsibility. He is a good father who always protects and creates happiness for himself and his son. After watching this film, I couldnt help but ask myself: Can I do that too? Can I face and go through as much misery and misery as Chris? Have you always believed and been moving towards your goals? I will tell myself a simple test failure, will make you give up? If I had cried before, but now is not the same, I grow up, I can confidently tell myself: no, not. I will certainly be like Chris. Chris can achieve success not only because of his hard work and positive attitude, but also because of the goals he identified and fought for, even if the road is hard. Happiness and dreams are inseparable, set a goal, have a clear pursuit, there is a dream, this is also happiness. There is a good saying: things are other peoples fate is their own. Since I cant change the world, but I can change myself; I dont know others, but I can control myself; I cannot predict tomorrow, but I can dominate today. Even if my flowers are very light, they are valuable and precious. My future is up to me. Every little bit should be fully invested. In fact, happiness is very close to us, sometimes, just need a hand out of the action, you can harvest happiness. As Chris said to his son at basketball: "We should want something, we have to get it, even if someone tells you cant." Each of us is unique, we only brave big step forward, one day, we will also hear happiness before the door of "dong Dong Dong dong" sound, please must firmly grasp it, do not let it slip awayin the hands.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇6Today, the school organization to see - "The Pursuit of Happiness", after watching, I have a deep experience."The Pursuit of Happiness" is about a young man named Will Smith, married, due to career difficulties, poor life, so - separated from his wife, housing was confiscated, had to live alone with a minor son wandering around. Will Smith had to make a living selling bone density scanners to hospitals. But he came across some exciting news: stockbrokers dont necessarily need a college degree or something. They just need to be good at money management and interpersonal relationships. Knowing this, he immediately went to the manager of Witter Securities. With his persistence and knowledge, and with the help of a small Rubiks cube, he got the support and recognition of the manager and got an internship opportunity. However, twenty people took the exam and only one of them could pass the exam, which was undoubtedly very difficult for Will Smith. But Will Smith finally passed the test and became a clerk in The Vitter Company, and from then on he opened the door to happiness. The hero, Will Smith, goes through many ups and downs, and finally lives a happy life. This undoubtedly tells us that only through the wind and rain, can we see the rainbow. In the complex modern society, no ones life is plain sailing, there will be difficulties, it depends on how you treat it, as long as you persist in efforts, all the difficulties will be stepped on the foot to help you climb the stairs. It is the same with study. Only by studying hard can we get good grades. A good example is the election of Lincoln as President. Lincoln participated in 23 major job hunting in his life, and failed in the first 22 times. However, when he ran for the presidency for the 23rd time, the masses were moved by his perseverance, which made him become the President. After watching "The Pursuit of Happiness", let me deeply realize: only after wind and rain, can wind rainbow, as long as you insist on hard, you will have success.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇7Leo Tolstoy said, "Happiness lies in living, but life in working." For an unhappy family, happiness is so far away, but the hero of the Pursuit of Happiness negates it all with his blood. He lived in a single-parent family until he found his real father at age 28. He was fired from a securities firm, failed many times in his job, and later turned to selling medical equipment, which was stolen by thieves; He runs around, but no one wants to buy his equipment. He was jailed for parking and being unable to pay back the money; He tried his best to keep his family, but his wife left home resolutely. When he was on the verge of bankruptcy, he still worked hard to do his single responsibility, dedicated to raising his son, always guard beside his son. He is obviously so unfortunate, tragic, but he always believe: as long as today hard enough, happiness will come tomorrow, for the future of his son, he had to bite the bullet, pull himself together, everywhere to knock on the door of opportunity, finally he finally chase their dream, become a successful investment expert. In an ordinary person, I saw his firm, tenacious, responsible and the kind of face cold eyes not to compromise, in this era of everything, in the eyes of these children who are not yet minors, not sensible of independence, how to experience his hard and struggling experience. However, in the usual study and life, we have not encountered heavy difficulties and setbacks, but wehave not like the father, challenge their own limits, bear the cold eyes and ridicule of others, in the direction of their dreams! This movie completely changed my view on happiness. All things are lost before I want to cherish them.Cherish now, is to enjoy happiness. Happiness is around us, every happiness is hard-won. We should cherish the happy life our parents have created for us and face all the difficulties in study and life correctly. No matter what happens, we have no reason to complain, no reason to escape. As long as there is faith, there is infinite power. Only unremitting efforts, happiness will eventually knock!当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇8Review of the Pursuit of HappynessThe university has organized us to watch the movie the Pursuit of Happyness. The movie draws its materials from life. It portrays a man, Chris Gardner, who is walking bankruptcy, how to raise his son as a single parent and struggle to be a stock trader. There is something in the world. It has no shape, no color, and no weight. It can’t be seen or touched, but everyone wants it. That’s happiness. The spell of happyness in the title is wrong, which echoes a scene at the beginning of the movie. Chris noticed the word and told his son “There is an i in happiness. There is no y. It’s an i. ” It means that we should pursue happiness ourselves instead of asking why.Chris Gardner hardly worked from everyday morning to night, but still couldn’t make a change. At last, his wife couldn’t endure and left away, just leaving him and their five-year-old son. What’s more, he had no money to pay for the rent. They became homeless and slept in anywhere. One sentence I always hear in this movie is “Everything will befine”, and Linda often said “Whatever” to express her no-choice situation. Sometimes we may get trapped in daily life, but why would you give in to it? Why could you give up? We ought to fight against all the obstacles in our ways to success! To Chris, everything is life was hard. However, he didn’t accept defect easily. He gave up the job to sell a kind of medicinal machine and tried as much as he could to become a broker, which was his new dream.Even worse, he was arrested for unpaid traffic tickers before the day of interviewing. He had to attend the interview with dirty clothes.Fortunately, he convinced a financial manager that he was intelligent by playing with a Rubik’s Cube. This manager offered him an opportunity to be a probationary clerk. There were twenty people attending the practice and only one could be hired. Moreover, there is no salary during the six months practice. Finally, he won in the exam to be the only formal clerk in twenty people. His tears nearly ran out when he heard the good news. Happiness came a little late for him, but better late than never.Chri s is a man with purpose. He encouraged his son “Don’t ever let someone tell you that you can’t do something”. It also said to himself. I also admire Christopher. Although he and his father usually had a hard time and even had no place to stay, he was determined to trust his father and never complain.I remember that in order to catch up with the scanners, Chris was knocked down by a car. He looked for his shoe groveling on the road without checking himself being hurt or not. Is shoe so important for him? Sure, as for a man whose account was only21 dollars, it can be easily understood such crazy behavior made by him.The scene gives me the deepest impression is the homeless father and son lingered on the bench in the subway station and looked at each other in silence. Chris came up with an idea to relief Christopher’sdepression. He imagined that they were surrounded by terrible monsters and needed to find a cave to hide themselves. Of course, there isdefinitely no cave in the subway stations. Chris and his son curled up on the floor covered with bumf in the toilet. In order not to be disturbed, he shut the door and fastened the bolt from the inside. When hearing the knock at the door, Chris only could put his feet against the door and bury Christopher’s ears. At that moment, tears poured down his cheeks. Finally, Chris got the job with an annual salary of 0.8 million dollars. They walked to their home and smiled to everyone. This movie touches the chord in my heart. It wasn’t easy to scratch out a living in those hard times. Sometimes, you may get stuck. You meet difficulties and you feel sad, but you have to take heart and spare no efforts to solve problems. It will be a hard process, but perhaps after all your tries, you’ll find a way out. Just like sometime s you turn the Rubik’s Cube and discover the mass becomes all in order. We should pursue happiness on our own. When we face difficulties, we’d better think about Chris’s situation, and I’m sure that nothing will hurt you anymore. After keeping trying and g oing through hard life, you’ll find happiness is just around the corner. At the end of this movie, Chris Gardner himself brushed pastthe actor Will Smith. Christopher uttered “Knock, knock, knock”, which was the sound of happiness.Let’s take the letter i instead of the letter y in happiness. You got a dream, you gotta protect it. If you want something, go get it.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇9You have a dream, you got to protect it -----after watching“ Pursuit of Happyness”I finish watch this movie with a heavy heart. To be frank, "ThePursuit of Happyness" is a simple inspirational movie. There is not pretty actors, no fancy pictures, no touching music…But it can also attract you deeply. Many scattered fragments of the movie again and again flashed in my mind.I think I am touched by the movie. This film is about a poor father called Christ Gardner. Every day, Christ had to work hard from morning till night, but still could hardly make a living. He bought 50 bone scanners and wanted to sale these to make a change. But he failed, his wife left ,leaving him their five-year-old son, Christopher. With the failure of his business, Christ had no money to pay for the rent, so they were driven away from the flat. They slept in asylum, subway station ,public bathroom or anywhere as a temporary shelter. The destitution of life was absolutely depressing, but Christ never gave up and he still strongly believed that happiness would come one day if he worked hard enough today. With his great efforts, Christ won a six-month internship at Dean Witter, but there was no pay at all. So Christ had to work hard to make a living. However, Finally, Christ made it with his amazing willpower It is said that this movie is inspired by a true story, and I want to say, this movie does inspire me a lot. What impressed me mostis: when Chris saw a graffiti in the "happyness" spelling error, he said thesewords—“There is no y in happiness, There is i.”. This line is extremely clever setting, it also aims to express through the entire film. Yes, we have to make happiness all by ourselves. Christ’s wife left him because of life pressure; Christ’s love to his son and Christ’s strong belief towards life. Through these, I know that it is not easy to be a good husband and a good Papa, since in reality, only love can make everything. And I also learn that one has to strongly believe in himself, no matter how difficult the situation is, but of course, hard-working is indispensable “You got a dream, you gotta protect it. People cant do something themselves, they wanna tell you you cant do it.If you want something, go get it. Period.” No pains ,no gains. Everyone of us has to try our best to pursuit the happiness of ours.当幸福来敲门观后感英文篇10Will Smith plays Chris Gardner, a struggling sales man that is doing everything he can to keep his act together, however, lately he makes little to no money and the bills keep piling up.His wife, tired of the situation leaves him and goes to New York to work in a restaurant.Subsequently everything that could go wrong does go wrong and Chris and his young son end up homeless. Now his only hope is to succeed at a stockbroker internship at Dean Witter and be chosen to work there which would turn his life around...Based on a true story, The Pursuit of Hapyness has all the right ingredients, plus Will Smiths performance is not only perfect but probably the best of his career. He may not choose his films very wisely but the man can definitely act,for instance, theres a very emotional scene towards the end of the movie,it lasts less then a minute but it is some ofthe finest acting Ive seen lately. The on-screen chemistry between Will Smith and Jayden Smith is great and makes the viewer really care and root for the characters.Overall its a great story of hope, of working hard to achieve things,of not giving up... I dare you to watch this movie and not feel like you can do more in your life, that you can and should go after your dreams and not settle for anything less.。

Characters and the climate
There are mainly three characters : Chris Gardner 、Christopher、Linda ,and the leading character is Chris Gardner ,the father. The whole atmosphere is positive ,though there is a large part describing the bitter struggles of Chris ,his spirit is inspiring , and there is no disappear but hope and stable belief in happiness.
Development of events
The story of Chris Gardner is divided into six part ,I will introduce them one by one .

My views on the story
After the move ,I thought of many things :we hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equally , that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights ,that among these are life ,liberty and the pursuit of happiness . I think Chris must have read the above paragraph for many times and believed it unswervingly.
At the beginning of the move, after Chris has sent Christopher to the kindergarten , he saw a wrong word on the wall ,and said the famous sentence : There is no …Y‟in happiness ,the only thing we can do is striving for our own happiness voluntarily .Just like Chris do.
The silly scene of taking a bus was a part of Chris Gardner‟s life , in th e move , Chris Gardner ,a poor father ,who had his wife left him ,because she could‟t handle her life without financial security .while Chris was selling medical equipment to doctors , she decided get away from her poor family . Although under great pressure , Chris chose to stick it out, and fight for what he known he can do ,for him ,and for his son. He is strong in spirit ,whatever barriers he meet ,he just continued his work and never stopped running .but it looks like that god likes to play tricks with him , he had gone through more hardships than others before the final success .
I think it is really a good move ,we are unique and we are ourselves ,just hold a dream and do what you can do ,and do your best ,don‟t ever let somebody tell you that you can‟t do something .If you want something ,go and get it . It is said that the move is from a true story ,so we should believe the sentence that “Everything is possible” .
Like Chris‟s forefathers ,who posses the desire and the passion to live it ,who dream the American dream . In the end he finally made his dream come true ,he became a banker. “Hey ,dad ,listen to this ,knock, knock ”I know who was there .he was happiness .
The Pursuit of Happiness is really an excellent move , after watching it ,I can‟t calm my heart down for a long time, there are tears on my face ,but smile in my heart ,I think Chris is a good example for all of us ,just be optimistic and go to realize your dream.金彩网。
