Student 1: All right. Le t’s get started. U.S immigration is our topic today. W e know that now many people want immigrate to American, so everyone can say something about this topic. Why so many people want live aboard? Student 2: I think the advantage of American is that china has so large population and wherever you go you know the traffic is very jam (交通堵塞),while the USA has small population.
Student 3: yes, and the air in our country is poor, many cities suffer serious pollution which is bad to our health. Student 4: I really agree your oppion . American has fresh air and they have large territory（领土）small population, so the country is a good place to live.
Student 1: there are also other reasons about immigrant to the USA, I think some people like go to American because it can provide perfect education. In the USA there are so many famous unvirsities like Haverford，Stanford，Y ale，columbia and so on.
Student 2：of course ,my dream is that one day I can study in Haverford, and look over all the books in the library. I heard that the atmosphere in the campus is very wonderful.
Student 3：I also like those famous schools, but what the most attractive me to immigrate is American movies and TV shows, Hollywood has product a lot of classics movies. such as the Titanic,the Roman Holiday, Forrest Gump(阿甘正传).
Student 4：That is right.my favorate movie is Titanic,it is really impressiveness, everytime I heard the theme song “my heart will go on”, tears are in my eyes.
Student1: Although the USA has so many attractive places and culture,we can not forget that we are Chinese people ,we can learn the advanced technology from American and then go home to develop our own country. Student 2: yes, immigrate has its advantage and disadvantage , to some degree, immigrate result in the outflow of talent which is really a big loss to china.
Student 3: I think government should take steps ,such as change the envrioment of our country ,enhance cultural development and economy development.
Student 4：At the same time, immigrants should have Patriotic consciousness(爱国意识),only in that way can we built a rich ,strong and beautiful country.。
