上午好！很感谢各位领导给我的这次机会，让我能荣幸地在这与各位老师一起交流。
我是09年参加工作的，下面我把这几年工作的一些总结和心得说给大家，希望得到大家的指正。
刚刚走上工作岗位的时候，我是踌躇满志，信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是非常简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到，小学英语教学之路真不是想象的那么简单。
教学伊始，我就遇到了种种问题。
从学生的角度看，有部分学生的潜意识里就对英语有畏惧感。
有几名四年级同学，刚上没几节英语课就开始逃课，一到英语课就躲到厕所，后来我了解到是因为听不懂学不会，所以不想学。
在从家庭上看，我们学生的家庭都属于农民家庭，对英语这门新开的课程一点也不了解，甚至是忽视它的存在，每次家长来学校跟老师交流孩子的近况，都只找语文数学老师，根本没人理我，所以根本也就谈不上重视了。
从环境上看，学生除了在课堂短短的40分钟外，基本就没有应用英语的地方，等等等等诸多原因，使我的英语教学开展起来非常不顺畅。
我使出浑身解数来解决这些问题。
我觉得要解决这些问题，必须从学习兴趣，学习习惯、学习方法和英语学习的延续上去入手解决。
一、激发学生学习兴趣。
兴趣是最好的老师。
只有不断激发学生学习英语的兴趣，才能激活英语课堂；只有学生对所要学习的知识产生兴趣，才能乐学、善学。
在这方面我刚开始的做法是，一节课同一个内容，我设计很多活动和游戏来练习，虽然学生的兴趣有了，课堂活了，但同时也乱了，结果证明学习效果并不是那么理想。
后来经过试验，我改变了策略，一节课同一内容我只用一到两个活动或游戏。
做的时间长一些，尽量让每个学生都参与进来，都有机会表演。
这样改变了之前的只注重知识的输入，把学生对知识的输出也放到一堂课的重点上来。
二、拉近与学生的距离，培养学生学习的信心
在课堂上，我会尽量让学生忘记我是老师。
我的杀手锏就是微笑，在学生对时对其微笑是一种肯定，在学生错时对其微笑时一种鼓励。
这样学生首先在情感上会很愉悦放松，很喜欢我上课，自然也就喜欢英语了。
我的第二法宝是与学生有肢体的接触。
比如在三年级学习身体部位个名词时，我会让学生摸摸我的耳朵，或与学生贴贴脸，撞撞肩，四年级学衣服名称时我会创造竞赛形式，来让学生获得摸我的衣服的机会。
三四年级学生小，不会抵触反而很喜欢。
到了五六年级，学生的小心思小情绪就比较多了，我就试着去了解他们的内心，经常与他们进行思想方面的交流，激励他们，帮助他们找到自主学习的内在动力。
学生知道为什么学习了，就会变得积极主动，对于教学内容的实施会起到事半功倍的效果。
三、持之以恒，培养学生良好的英语学习习惯。
目前我们农村小学90%以上都是留守儿童，爷奶的溺爱，使他们养成懒散依赖的生活习惯，这种坏习惯也会带到学习上来。
著名教育家叶圣陶先生曾说过：“什么是教育，简单一句话，就是要培养良好的习惯。
”因此，培养孩子良好的学习习惯，是迈好英语学习的第一步。
良好习惯的养成不是一蹴而就的，起始年级要重视，毕业班更应重视。
1、培养认真书写的习惯。
对此，我从小处着眼，不放过纠正每一个学生不良学习习惯的细节和机会，从每一次作业、每一次小测验抓起，使学生知道文字不仅是写给自己看的，更重要的写给别人看的。
如果字迹潦草，不规范，别人
看不清楚，那就失去了他书写的价值，甚至在考试时因书写而失分。
同时，言传身教，以身作则，从规范板书、规范作业批阅符号等细微处做起，让学生把写好每一个字母、单词和句子变成一种良好的学习习惯。
在平时只要发现谁的作业书写不认真潦草，就会让他从当日起开始练字，一天一篇，直到书写认真规范为止。
另外每一个假期我都会要求学生每天都练字，一天一篇，下面写上日期然后把自己的手指印印上。
2、培养学生良好的朗读、背诵英语课文的习惯。
“书读百遍，其义自见”不仅适用于语文教学，英语教学也不例外。
朗读和背诵中，要求学生做到眼到、口到、耳到、心到。
我在一本书上见到这样一种方法，学生读书时用左手捂着自己的耳朵，右手指着所读内容，这样学生能清楚听见自己的声音，并且不易走神，阅读效果比较好。
每单元的对话我都会让学生在背诵的基础上表演出来。
这对新句型的理解和掌握很有帮助。
3、培养学生记忆单词的习惯。
好的学习方法，也是提高教学质量的重要途径。
在单词教学中，我主要采用拼读法和归类记忆法进行进行了教学。
所谓拼读法，就是对一些和汉语拼音相近的单词，通过读音进行单词记忆，比如ruler 、chair等词就可以用这种方法记忆；归类记忆法就是将一些含有相同字母组合的单词放到一起记忆，如brother 、sister 、father、mother都含有ther就可以利用此方法进行记忆。
对于一些比较难记的单词我会想一些好记的顺口溜之类的来帮助学生记忆，比如museum,…四、个别辅导，及时转化学困生
在平时的教育教学中，要坚持以表扬鼓励为主的正面教育，对于学困生做到多关心、不歧视、不放弃。
让他们感觉到来自老师以及班级体的关爱。
认真研究造成其学习的困难的根本原因，坚持对症下药。
利用课余时间进行个别辅导，开展学生间、小组间的互助互学活动，逐步让一部分学困生随着年龄的增长、理解力的增强逐渐进步。
教师这个职业虽然清苦，在外人眼里心里甚至是卑微的，尤其是小学老师，都说技术含量低，但我相信再卑微的工作平凡的岗位，只要自己把它当成是自己的事业认真来做，一样可以实现自己的人生价值。
