外贸工作中如何跟踪客户
样品费决定订单首先样品费可以判断潜在的客人究竟有没有订单。
一般而言,客人对样品费的态度可以判断他现在有没有真实的需求,他如果有真实的需求,并且可能在很短的时间内进行购买,那么他不会介意这点样品费的。
如果双方沟通在对样品费有个协议的情况下开始交往,往往成功率很高,我统计我个人的交易案例,收取样品费的潜在客人最终成为真正的有效客人的机率高达90%,这也是相当客观的了。
而免费提供给客人的成功率也不到20%,而且很多时候,就连国际快递费用都不支付,要我们来承担,这样的潜在客人很伤我们供应商的感情,也就没有必要在这样的潜在客人身上浪费时间。
现在你看到我的这些文字时,请你想一想,你是不是在浪费时间?是不是还在期盼这些无效的客人,还没有清醒过来呢?所以,下次在和客人交往时,提及到寄样时,建议你一定要收取他的样品费。
如果他在意,那你承诺,下订单后我们退还给他,看他的反应,如果他愿意支付样品费,那你一定要好好服务这样的潜在客人,因为他可能就是你真正有效的客人。
如果他不同意支付,那我劝你还是小心为妙,因为可能这潜在的客人只要你的样品来看看,交易的可能性很小。
而很多时候我们在被客人所谓他支付快递费,他提供帐号给我们的诱惑下,或他们牛的一句——从来没有供应商要收取样品费的回复下而退步。
其实真的一点也没有必要。
因为,一个真正有需求的买家,他根本不在意这点样品费,订单的利润和样品费相比之下,可能小的不能再小了,而且百元左右的样品费对外商来说也不是大数目,真正的买家一点也不在意这点小钱的。
因为很多真正的买家就这样告诉我的。
很多时候我们妥协是因为我们不会或不懂这心理战术。
被潜在买家的许诺或骗人的订单诱惑而动摇,其实这一点也没有必要。
坚持自己的原则立场,一定需要的。
其次,样品费是表达你的实力及你的真诚的最佳方法。
通常,如果客人在同意支付样品费的时候,我们一定要好好利用这样品的工作。
可能很多人在日常业务工作中忽视了这一点。

开始的两个月,没有任何平台,这是公司对我的考验,也是我自己对自己的考验。
就如野外拓展中的“空中抓杠”,只有克服自我,才能真正的成功。
到第二个月,从网上大海捞针,到最后重点客户培养,最终出了样品单,虽然金额不多,但是却给了我信心。
总结这一单,最重要的是客户积累,培养重点。
这一点要得益于平时戴总让我们做客户档案,分析客户,并保持和客户联系的状态。
只有这样才清楚自己目前客户的联系状态,进而掌握订单的状态。
2. 从二月份拿到阿里账号,我工作上了一个新的台阶。
这里想感谢公司给我这样一个可利用的优质平台,让我客户资源很快上升,并学会如何处理询盘,跟踪客户,并达成订单。
三月份太阳能热水器客户开始积累,并取得南非客户的样品单,目前对方还在测试阶段,订单大概要8月份才能确定。
总结这一单,并没有什么诀窍可言,最重要的是跟紧客户。
虽然只是几百美金的样品单,但是在这个客户身上花了很大心血,记得2月底至3月份每天晚上都会和客户聊天聊到很晚,一般是客户提醒我该休息了,我才下线......正因为如此,客户才如期参观工厂,并顺利下样品单。
总而言之,跟客户的感情是需要长期培养,关系好了,机会自然就多了。
4. 6月份,询盘很少,新客户的开发也就比较少,有两三个客户可能会下样品单。
同时,跟老客户保持着紧密联系,尤其是出过样品单的客户。

(3)第一封邮件最好写上Mr.或者Ms.某某,职位写SALES MANAGER等,不管你是不是经理,写上没关系,你职位高客户会觉得把他当回事,有好处。
(4)落款有公司标识以及详细联系资料三、版面整洁,在OE里面将撰写邮件的字体,字号(10-12号比较好)都设置好,不要一会大字一会小字;也不要花花绿绿的,特别是不要全篇都是大写字母,会增加阅读的难度,让人反感。

目前跟单员的供需比达1∶3以上,其薪金起点在2000元以上。
而跟单员的入行门槛并不高,中专或同等以上学历的各类人员都可以从事这一行业。
二、分类:跟单员分为:业务跟单员,外贸跟单员,生产跟单员。
业务跟单:对客户进行跟进。
尤其是已对本公司的产品已有了兴趣,有购买意向的人进行跟进。
以缔结业务,签定合同为目标的一系列活动。
对外叫业务员或业务助理。
生产跟单:对已接来的订单进行生产安排。
对生产进度进行跟踪,按期将货物送到客户手中。
对内叫:业务经理或生产主管或总经理助理。
不管是外贸公司的跟单员,还是工厂企业里的跟单员,他们基本职责都是由“业务跟单”和“生产跟单”两部分构成。

三、跟单员的工作性质与特点决定了其从业的素质要求:1、分析能力。
分析出客户的特点及产品的价格构成,以利于报价。
