摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by preventing an increase of a heating time due to a cooling effect which is produced when an outside-air temperature is lower than the one at the time of a normal temperature by the use of air cooling or the like. CONSTITUTION:A heating time measuring means 12 which measures a heating time T based on an output signal of a heating signal generating means 10, and a fan rotation control means 9 comprising a driver selection data readout means 17 which compares a set standard heating time T1 and the heating time T with each other, reads out driver selection data from a table storage means 15 and outputs them to a driver selecting means 18, are provided, and a cooling fan motor 24 is rotated at a lower speed, in the case of T>T1, than in the case of T<=T1.
