PURPOSE OF THE POLICY政策目的
Standardize the management of CCTV.
规范CCTV的管理。

PROCEDURE程序
酒店内部人员需查询监控录像的：
1.任何部门员工需查询监控录像必须事先填写《监控录像调阅审批单》，注明申请理由、时间、
地点，并由其部门经理/总监、保安部经理及营运总监签名批准之后方可生效。

非正常工作时间需经当值的值班经理批准。

2.查看监控录像时必须由申请人部门主管级以上人员陪同，否则将不予查询。

3.查询范围不符合申请时间及地点的将不予查询。

Internal departments need to view CCTV video:
e to CCTV to fill in “Request Form for CCTV Video”, fill in requested reason,
time, venue, and submit this form to department/division head, Security Manager and DO for signature and approval. For non-working hour, this form should be approved by MOD.
2.The applicant is only allowed to view CCTV video by accompanied by its supervisor
level above.
3.It’s prohibited to view CCTV video if the requested video time and venue is not
match with viewing scope.
酒店外部人员：
非酒店工作人员在无当地公安机关批准及陪同下一律不准查看监控录像。

Request from external personnel:
External personnel is only allowed to view CCTV video under the permission and accompanied by area direct in-charge police station.
公安机关工作人员需查询监控的：
1.非直管公安机关工作人员因办案、取证，需要查看监控录像资料的，需经属地派出所直管民
警认可，并得到保安部经理同意后，由保安部当值主管陪同查看。

2.任何公安机关需调取监控视频的，需出示本人工作证及盖有其公安机关公章的《调取录像通
知书》或《介绍信》，在保安部当值主管确认无误后复印其工作证与《调取录像通知书》或《介绍信》一同存档备查。

Request from PSB:
1.For case investigation purpose, staff from PSB who wants to check CCTV should be
permitted by area direct in-charge police station and approved by Hotel security manager. Hotel on-duty security supervisor will accompany to view CCTV.
2.Any PSB requested to check CCTV must show the business badge and “Letter for CCTV
video viewing” or “Recommendation letter” with PSB chop. All above letters will be coped and filed together by security supervisor for investigation purpose.
监控视频的管理：
1.凡查看的监控视频资料，监控中心工作人员都应把查看的具体时间及情况进行记录，以备查
阅。

2.所有员工对监控工作中发现的有关内容及监控录像内容，应遵守保密原则，不得外泄，违者
将给予纪律处分。

CCTV video management:
TV officer must write down the video viewing time and status in detail.
All hotel staff should keep confidential for the content of CCTV video and cannot distribute it to the public, otherwise penalty will be conducted.。
