外驱动式制冷压缩机设计

摘要

随着社会的发展,科学技术的进步,人类对生存环境的舒适性要求越来越高,制冷与空调技术的发展也愈显重要。因为压缩式制冷技术仍是当代制冷技术发展的主流,所以提高压缩机的压缩效率和工作可靠性、开发应用节材、节能型压缩机,就成为制冷技术发展的主要方向之一。

涡旋制冷与空调压缩机就是在这种背景下应运而生的。涡旋压缩机是一种轻型、低功耗的容积式压缩机,与其它类型压缩机相比具有体积小、结构紧凑、效率高、运行平稳等特点,已经广泛的应用在制冷空调等多种行业中。

涡旋压缩机机构动力特性是压缩机工作过程的重要内容,其好坏直接影响压缩机的效率和可靠性,因此这方面的研究是涡旋压缩机研究的重点、关键。这也是将重点阐述的问题。

本文在压缩机工作原理的基础上,从机构学角度分析其工作过程,对现有的机构模型进行分析,并建立了模拟压缩机工作过程的机构模型。针对保证动、静涡盘涡齿正确啮合的关键部位——防自转机构,采用十字滑环,该机构在压缩机中具有良好的工作状态。此外,对涡旋盘的毛坯选择和主要精度要求也进行了理论分析。

关键词:涡旋;压缩机;制冷;空调;效率

ABSTRACT

With the development of society, the progress of science and technology,the demand on the comfort of surroundings that human beings live becomes higher and higher, the evolution of refrigeratory and air- conditioner technology has also become more and more important. Since constrictive refrigeratory technology is still the mainstream of the modern progress, improving the compressor's compaction afficiency and working reliability, exploit the compressor which can save material and conserve energy has become one of the main directions in the refrigeratory technology.

Under this background, volution refrigeratory and air-conditioner compressor are generated. Scroll compressor, as a light-weight, less energy costd is placement compressor, compared with other types of compressors with characteristics of small size, compact structure, high efficiency and smooth operation, already widely used in refrigeration, air conditioning, and many other industries.

The research on dynamic characteristics of mechanism of the scroll compressor is an important element of compressor process, which plays a dominant role on the efficiency and reliability. So the research in this area is derived compressors research focus and the key. This is also described in this paper will focus on the issue.

On the basis of principles of scroll compressor, the paper analyzed its work process from the perspective of institutions, the existed institutions models, and created scroll compressors work process institutions model. Analyzed the key component, anti-rotationm echanism, which is sure quiet the correct mesh of orbiting scroll and fixed scroll,uses the cross link. In addition, has also carried on the theoretical analysis to the whorl gyrocompass’s semifinished materials choice and the main accuracy requirement.
