一、教学内容
本课时为《英语》(外研版)七年级下册Unit 10 I'd like some noodles 第3课时 Section B2a-2c。

教学内容为学生学习如何点餐和询问餐厅服务员的问题。

二、教学目标
知识目标:
1. 了解点餐及类表餐厅用语。

2. 学习询问有关菜品的问题。

3. 了解如何使用英语向服务员点餐。

能力目标:
1. 能够用英语向餐厅服务员点餐。

2. 能够使用英语询问有关菜品的问题。

3. 培养学生的听、说、读、写技能。

三、教学重点与难点
重点:学生能够用英语向餐厅服务员点餐,使用英语询问有关菜品的问题。

难点:学生如何运用英语点餐并学生的发音问题。

四、教学准备
多媒体课件、幻灯片、图片、音频设备、建议将练习内容用直观、形象的图片呈现出来。

五、教学步骤
Step 1 导入新课
1. Good morning, everyone! Today we’re going to learn some useful phrases when you order food in a restaurant. What kind of food do you like? Chinese food, Japanese food, or fast food? What is your favourite dish? Tell your classmates.
2. Show a picture of a restaurant, ask students: Have you ever been to a restaurant before? Where did you go? What did you eat? How did you order the food?
3. Ask a student to read the conversation in B2a.
Step 2 Presentation
1. Introduce the useful phrases in the dialogue.
2. Go through the conversation in B2a with the class, explaining new vocabulary comprehension and model pronunciation.
Step 3 Practice
1. Play the audio for the student to listen and repeat the dialogue.
2. The teacher divides the students into pairs, one is
a waiter and the other is a customer. The waiter should ask the customer what kind of food he or she likes and how many people are in the customer’s party. The customer is required to answer the waiter.
3. The waiter can show the menu to the customer and ask him or her: What would you like? The customer should
respond to the waiter in complete sentences with a please and a thank you.
Step 4 Production
1. The teacher asks students to work in pairs to create
a new dialogue, using the dialogue as a model. Ensure each dialogue has the following components:
a. Start with a greeting.
b. Ask if the customer would like a seat.
c. Ask how many people are in the customer’s party.
d. Offer the menu.
e. Customer orders two items.
f. Waiter repeats the order for clarification and confirms the order.
g. Thank the customer/give confirmation.
h. End with a polite sentence.
2. A few pairs will be called on to perform their dialogues for the class.
Step 5 Production
1. The teacher asks the students to work in pairs again, one is a waiter and the other is a customer. The waiter should ask the customer what kind of food he or she likes and how many people are in the customer’s party. The customer is required to answer the waiter.
2. If possible, arrange a simulation where the students can order food in a restaurant and practice speaking English with the role-play.
Step 6 Review
1. Let students repeat the grammar focus, the useful phrases in the dialogue, introducing students to new vocabulary as well.
2. Play a game with students to review the vocabulary they’ve learned.
制作口语游戏(我的饭馆,没有?有!):
教师分别给同学们发一张小纸片,小纸片上写着一种生气词,例如bread, soup, beef等。

然后向同学们举例说明:一个同学会问另一个同学:“Do you have a hamburger?”被问的同学就要回答:“No, I don’t have a hamburger.”或者“Yes, I have a hamburger.”如果被问的同学之前并没有revisions写的生词,那么他就应该回答“No, I don’t have a hamburger.”如果他有,那他应该回答“Yes, I have a hamburger.”如果被问其中一个生词,比如说:“Do you have any soup?”那么他就会回答“Yes, I have some soup.”或者“No, I don’t have any soup.”
Step 7 Homework
1. Practice the dialogue with family members.
2. Write a restaurant review for a restaurant they recently visited using the vocabulary they’ve learned in class.
3. Create a menu for their own restaurant with appropriate prices and food choices.

本课时是关于餐厅英语的教学,采用欧美教学法,旨在让学生
