股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病高龄患者围手术期护理休会

【摘要】Objective To study and analyze the perioperative nursing intervention for femoral neck fracture and diabetes mellitus in the elderly. Methods 146 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and diabetes mellitus treated in our hospi-tal from February 2014 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the ob-servation group with 73 cases in each by computer. Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and those in the observation group were treated by perioperative comprehensive nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had much shorter fracture healing time and length of stay with statistically significant differ-ence(P<0.05). The incidence of clinical complications was much lower in the observation group than that in the control
group[5.48%(4/73) vs 16.44%(12/73)] with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For femoral neck fracture and diabetes mellitus in the elderly, perioperative nursing can effectively promote the healing of fracture, reduce the inci-dence of clinical complications with positive effect on the clinical treatment.%目的研究分析围手术期股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病高龄患者的护理措施.方法选取该院2014年2月—2015年2月期间
进行治疗的146例股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病高龄患者,通过计算机进行随机性分组,一组73例患者给予常规护理作为对照组;一组73例患者给予围手术期综合护理作为观察组.结果观察组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间远远小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者发生临床并发症的概率5.48%(4/73)远远大于对照组的16.44%(12/73),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论对股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病高龄患者开展围手术期护理,可有效促进骨折的愈合,使临床并发症的发生率明显降低,对临床治疗具有非常积极的作用.
