Promote and conserve Company culture
Contribute as a strategic advisor and partner
Develop programs and plans to support Company strategic plans
Drive changes within the Company and division
Performs Talent Reviews and risk assessments to identify, reward and retain high performers.
Coaches and mentors management by working with them to understand their career aspirations, performance, and capabilities, and provides counsel and input on how to grow and improve their careers.
Gather talent and business metrics to analyze and proactively highlight areas of concern and recommended actions to address them.
Contacts:
Identify internal and external contacts, the nature of contacts, and expected outcome of relationships
Think and act strategically through creating initiatives aligned with company and division strategy
Maintaining actions and though leadership as an Associate advocate
A well organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment
Make Sound Judgments and exercise discretion to evaluate business
Gathering internal and external perspectives, trends, and other data specific to geographic area; creating potential initiatives; integrating business strategies with both global and divisional goals; aligning resources; executing plans; and monitoring region performance against plans.
Education and Experience listed in the below fields
Excellent command in both written & spoken English and local language
Well versed in local labor laws and employment regulations and practices
Talent Management
Associate development and human capital plan implementation (talent planning, organization structure development)
Achieve compretaining, and developing the right talent for our business.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changes and cultural differences
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills.
Knowledge of Statutory Laws regarding licensing, welfare benefits, Pay andallowances , pollution control.
List at least 4 but no more than 6 MAJOR Job Duties and Accountabilities of this position.
Counsels Managers and Associates regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws
Support business leaders in change management or transformation strategies and translate these into appropriate action steps such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, engagement, retention and development programs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
List the minimum requirements to perform the job successfully including language(s), technical licensure or certification
Drives AOS process and reviews and analyses results to ensure consistentapplication of the open door process
Work with VP and relevant business leaders to understand People challenges and business objectives and identifies opportunities relating to people agenda and addresses them, facilitates discussion and deliberation, when required.
Partner with the Corporate HR to implement global plans and initiatives.
Provide personnel administration and support functions including recruitment, administration, people and headcount reporting and other ad hoc personnel projects in accordance with the Company’s People policies.
