微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用价值

【摘要】Objective:To explore the application values of WeChat platform in the nursing of myopia laser surgery.Methods:A prospective study from June 2014 to March 2016,180 patients with myopic laser surgery in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 90 patients accorded to the random lottery envelopes randomly.Two groups were given surgical methods for excimer laser corneal refractive surgery,the control group was given the perioperative routine care,the observation group was given the WeChat platform care based on the control group of nursing care,recorded the prognosis of two groups.Results:All patients were successfully completed surgery and there were no perioperative complications,the postoperative 1 month of uncorrected visual acuity and best corrected visual acuity in the observation group and the control group were obviously higher than that before operation (P＜0.05),and the postoperative visual acuity in the observation group,were also higher than the control group (P＜0.05).The postoperative 1 month of BUT values in the observation group and control group were significantly higher than the preoperative (P＜0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group
(P＜0.05).The postoperative 1 months of objective support,subjective support and social support utilization of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The postoperative 1 month of compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of WeChat platform in myopic laser surgery in nursing can promote vision improvement,it is conducive to the stability of the lacrimal sac,it can improve the compliance of patients and social support,it is an ideal method for nursing support.%目的:探讨微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用价值.方法:采用前瞻性研究方法,2014年6月到2016年3月选择在医院进行近视激光手术患者180例,根据随机信封抽签原则分为观察组与对照组各90例,两组手术方法都为准分子激光角膜屈光手术,在围手术期对对照组进行常规护理,基于此给予观察组微信平台护理,记录两组预后情况.结果:所有患者都顺利完成手术,围手术期无严重并发症发生,两组术后1个月的裸眼视力和最佳矫正视力都明显高于术前(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组术后1个月的BUT值都明显高于术前(P＜0.05),且观察组明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后1个月的社会支持、客观支持和主观支持的评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组术后1个月的依从性明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:微信平台在近视激光手术护理中的应用能促进视力的改善,有利于泪囊稳定,能提高患者的依从性与社会支持度,是目前较为理想的护理支持方式.
