Travel Contract
This travel contract (the "Contract") is entered into and agreed upon by [Travel Agency] (the "Agency") and [Traveler] (the "Traveler"). The Agency and the Traveler are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
1. Travel Details
1.1 The Agency agrees to provide travel services to the Traveler as outlined in the itinerary attached to this Contract (the "Itinerary").
1.2 The Itinerary includes details such as the destination, dates of travel, accommodation, transportation, and any other relevant details necessary for the trip.
2. Payment
2.1 The Traveler agrees to pay the total cost of the travel services as outlined in the Itinerary.
2.2 Payment shall be made in the currency specified in the Itinerary and in accordance with the payment schedule set forth by the Agency.
2.3 Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in cancellation of the travel services, subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.
2.4 Any additional expenses incurred during the trip that are not included in the Itinerary shall be the responsibility of the Traveler.
3. Travel Documents
3.1 The Traveler is responsible for obtaining and providing all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to passports, visas, and any other required permits.
3.2 The Agency shall not be held liable for any costs or consequences arising from the Traveler's failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1 The Traveler may cancel the travel services by providing written notice to the Agency.
4.2 The cancellation policy outlined in the Itinerary shall determine the amount of refund, if any, that the Traveler is entitled to.
4.3 The Agency reserves the right to cancel or modify the travel services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or changes in government regulations.
4.4 In the event of cancellation by the Agency, the Traveler shall be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 The Traveler is strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies that may arise during the trip.
5.2 The Agency shall not be held liable for any costs or consequences resulting from the Traveler's failure to obtain travel insurance.
6. Liability
6.1 The Agency shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused during the trip, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6.2 The Traveler assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the travel services and releases the Agency from any liability arising from the trip.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
7.2 Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
9. Modifications
9.1 Any modifications or amendments to this Contract must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
