公司作为现代经济制度的重要组成部分，除了实现自身经济利润目标之外，还承担着社会责任。

本文从公司法视角出发，对公司所承担的社会责任进行了深入研究。

首先从公司社会责任的内涵和类型入手，接着分析了公司法对社会责任的规范和要求，最后对公司社会责任实践进行了案例分析。

通过以上研究，我们可以看到公司在实践中对社会责任的承担是多方面的，既包括对股东、员工、消费者等内部利益相关方的责任，也包括对社会、环境等外部利益相关方的责任。

同时，公司法对公司的社会责任进行了具体的规范和要求，从法律角度确保了公司在实践中履行社会责任的义务。

最后，通过案例分析，我们可以看到许多公司在承担社会责任方面做得很好，但也有一些公司存在社会责任缺失、不合规等问题。

因此，加强公司社会责任的规范和要求，提高公司社会责任披露的透明度和可信度，对于促进公司的可持续发展和社会的共同繁荣具有重要意义。

Abstract
As an important part of the modern economic system, company not only realizes its own economic profit goals, but also undertakes social responsibility. This paper deeply studies the social responsibility undertaken by companies from the perspective of company law. Starting from the connotation and types of company social responsibility, this paper analyzes the norms and requirements of company law on social responsibility, and finally carries out case analysis on the practice of company social responsibility. Through the above research, we can see that the company's practice of social responsibility is multifaceted. It includes not only the responsibility of internal stakeholders such as shareholders, employees, and consumers, but also the responsibility of external stakeholders such as society and the environment. At the same time, company law provides specific norms and requirements for the social responsibility of companies, and ensures that companies fulfill their obligations of social responsibility from a legal perspective. Finally, through case analysis, we can see that many companies have done a good job in undertaking social responsibilities, but some companies also have problems such as social responsibility deficiencies and non-compliance. Therefore, strengthening the norms and requirements of corporate social responsibility, improving the transparency and credibility of corporate social responsibility disclosure, is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of companies and the common prosperity of society.

一、公司社会责任的内涵和类型
公司社会责任是指公司以其经营活动为基础，在创造经济利润的同时，应对社会、环境等相关方面承担的责任。

公司社会责任不仅涉及到公司内部的利益相关方，如股东、员工、消费者等，还涉及到公司外部的利益相关方，如社会、环境等。

根据公司与利益相关方的关系，公司社会责任可以分为内部和外部两类。

1、内部社会责任
内部社会责任是指公司对内部利益相关方所承担的责任。

内部利益相关方主要包括股东、员工、客户和供应商等。

公司对股东的内部社会责任主要表现为保护股东权益，使股东能够合法获得公司创造的经济利益。

公司对员工的内部社会责任主要表现为保障员工权益，提高员工福利待遇，同时提供公平的职业发展机会。

公司对供应商的内部社会责任主要表现为建立公正的合作关系，保证供应商权益。

2、外部社会责任
外部社会责任是指公司对外部利益相关方所承担的责任。

外部利益相关方主要包括社会、环境、政府等。

公司对社会的外部社会责任主要表现为关注公益事业，积极参与社会公益活动，保护社会环境。
