1. The victim is the person who is hurt. 受害者就是受了伤的人。

Are you badly hurt? 你受重伤了吗?
①hurt的用法:A、及物动词(vt.) 伤害。

It can hurt you.
B、不及物动词(vi.) 疼痛,受伤。

My head hurts.
C、看作形容词,be hurt 受伤。

②badly 此处的意思是“非常,在很大程度上”,常与表示匮乏、需要等词语连用或与表示
不良情况的词语连用。

The school is badly in need of history teachers.这所学校急需历史老师。

2. Why don’ t you pretend to be Jenny’s friend? 你为何不假装是Jenny的朋友呢?
①why don’t you = why not + do ? 为何不…呢?
②pretend 用法:A、pretend to do B、pretend +宾语从句
She pretended to be studying when his mother came back.当妈妈回来时,她假装在学习。

3. I don’t have to pretend. 我没必要假装。

don’t have to 没必要相当于needn’t,可以用来回答Must的提问。

4. What will you say to her? 你将对她说什么?
区分4个说。

________强调说的内容;________强调语言;________强调说话,谈话;________指告诉,讲述。
