The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information or trade secrets of the Employer. This includes but is not limited to project plans, client information, and financial data.
8. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the construction project is located. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with state laws.
9. Entire Agreement
This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Employer and the Employee and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
