Unit 2 of our English textbook is so much fun! Let me tell you all about it.
First, we learned about different animals. We learned how to say the names of animals in English, like lion, monkey, elephant, and giraffe. It was so cool to learn about all these different animals and their names in English. I can now say "I like lions" in English!
Next, we talked about what animals eat. We learned that lions eat meat, monkeys eat bananas, and elephants eat leaves. It was interesting to learn about the different foods that animals like to eat. I even drew a picture of a lion eating a big piece of meat!
After that, we learned about animal actions. We learned how to say "jump", "swim", "fly", and "run" in English. It was fun to act out these actions with our classmates. I even got to pretend to be a bird flying in the sky!
We also learned about animal habitats. We learned that lions live in the jungle, monkeys live in the forest, and fish live in the ocean. It was fascinating to learn about where different animals live and why they live there. I can now tell my friends that pandas live in the mountains!
In Unit 2, we also learned how to describe animals using adjectives. We learned words like "big", "small", "fast", and "slow". I can now say that elephants are big and turtles are slow!
Overall, I had so much fun learning about animals in Unit 2. I can't wait to learn more in the next unit. English class is the best!
